十六勇士。以及法护、常啼等无量菩萨众，敬献于彼等。我等从菩萨藏中所说的所有堕罪，完全清净，愿于大乘道上毫无障碍。嗡啊吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽）。以智慧和业力成就的护法母玛贡姐妹，吉祥怙主七十五尊，傲慢男系女系，天龙、地方神、地主神。以及居住于瞻部洲和雪域（西藏）的一切护持白方善誓者，凡未提及名号者，皆敬献于彼等。护持佛陀的教法，增上三宝的威光，于世间界中及时降雨，平息疾病、饥荒、争斗。祈请瑜伽士我等守护修法之障碍，作为施主与住所。嗡啊吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽）。此外，天龙、人与婆罗门的仙人、真实语成就者之众，夜叉藏巴拉，俱生神、领头神五尊，家神与田神等，增上福运与权势之神，四大本源与山林之神，皆敬献于彼等。祈请作为我等增上一切善妙与白方的助伴。嗡啊吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽）。特别是乐神之王马头树神，以及贪恋歌舞的乐神极喜，以及以持明天（紧那罗）的城市为代表，居于空中的部众为代表的一切化为魔类的众生，以及结下宿怨血仇之类，夺命母子五百，以及八万魔障之众，皆敬献于彼等。请勿作祟与加害，请勿夺取福运与权势，请舍弃凶残与暴戾。嗡啊吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽）。特别是被六道众生、五道、四生所摄的一切作为慈悲之客的众生，以及贫穷困苦的饿鬼部众二者，无论是昨天今天早上，还是去年的年月时日，舍弃了先前的身体，尚未获得之后的身体，于中阴界中处于恐惧的险境，无有救护与救助，无有怙主与亲友，无有先前的积蓄，善业的箭靶稀少，四名聚合之蕴，感受痛苦的自性，恐惧战栗。

Sixteen Heroes. And to the immeasurable hosts of Bodhisattvas such as Dharma Protector and Ever Weeping, I offer. May all the experiences of transgressions spoken of in the Bodhisattva Pitaka be completely purified by me, and may there be no obstacles on the path of the Great Vehicle. Om Ah Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Ah Hum). Dharma-protecting mother Magön sisters, accomplished through wisdom and karma, the seventy-five glorious protectors, arrogant male and female lineages, gods, nagas, local gods, and earth lords. And to all the virtuous white-sided protectors residing in Jambudvipa and the Land of Snows (Tibet), all those whose names and titles have not been mentioned, I offer. Protect the Buddha's teachings, increase the glory of the Three Jewels, send down rain in due season in the world, and pacify diseases, famines, and conflicts. I beseech you to guard us yogis from obstacles in practicing the Dharma, and to act as patrons and dwelling places. Om Ah Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Ah Hum). Furthermore, gods, nagas, humans, and Brahmin sages, the assembly of those who have accomplished truthful words, Yaksha Zambhala, the co-born god, the five leading gods, household gods, field gods, and so on, gods who increase fortune and power, the four elements, and the gods of mountains and forests, I offer to all of them. I beseech you to be companions in increasing all goodness and white aspects. Om Ah Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Ah Hum). In particular, the Gandharva King with the horse-headed tree, and the Gandharva Rabga who craves songs and dances, and all those who have become types of demons, represented by the city of the Kinnaras, the group residing in the sky, and those who have accumulated grudges and blood feuds, the five hundred robber mothers and sons, and the assembly of eighty thousand types of obstructing spirits, I offer to all of them. Do not cause harm or injury, do not steal fortune and power, and abandon cruelty and ferocity. Om Ah Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Ah Hum). In particular, all beings of the six realms, the five paths, and the four modes of birth, who have become guests of compassion, and the two groups of hungry ghosts who have become poor and destitute, whether it is yesterday, today, this morning, or from the years, months, days, and hours of last year, having abandoned the previous body, not yet having found the subsequent body, in the terrifying straits of the intermediate state, without refuge or protection, without protectors or allies, without previous accumulation, with few arrows of virtue, the aggregates of the four names, the nature of suffering sensations, fear and trembling.

献给被错觉折磨，被寒冷、饥饿、干渴三种痛苦煎熬，寿命没有定数，如羽毛被风吹动一般，对于去向没有自主的，以中阴的众生为首的一切处于中阴状态的众生。愿你们与住所、朋友、受用、饮食丰盛圆满相遇，从而感到安乐。如此实现的瞬间，愿能见到圣观世音菩萨和菩萨除盖障，从而认识到中阴就是中阴。愿错觉增长。忆念上师、三宝、本尊和见解。愿恶业的障碍瞬间清净，获得对觉性的自主。愿能强行进入极乐世界和莲花光等殊胜的刹土。愿诸佛因供养而欢喜。愿誓盟者（护法）的誓言得以圆满。愿六道众生的愿望得到满足。愿宿债旧债得以偿还。三界清净的刹土，三有慈悲的宾客，无余遍布的食物，以法性力量的加持，愿能享用无尽的欲妙宝藏。愿一切如虚空藏一般，受用永不匮乏。愿无有争斗和损害，自在享用。不作任何恶业等等，也要做布施和回向发愿。这是让炯多杰以利益他人的心而造的。 白色食子供养遍布一切刹土。

I offer this to all beings in the Bardo state, especially those tormented by delusion, suffering from the three pains of cold, hunger, and thirst, whose lifespan is uncertain, like a feather blown by the wind, without freedom to go where they please. May you meet with abundant dwelling places, companions, enjoyments, food, and drink, and thus find peace and happiness. At the moment of this realization, may you see the noble Avalokiteśvara and the Bodhisattva Sarvanivāraṇaviṣkambhin, and thereby recognize the Bardo as the Bardo. May delusion increase. Remembering the Lama, the Three Jewels, the Yidam, and the View. May the obscurations of evil karma be purified in an instant, and may you gain freedom over awareness. May you be able to forcefully enter the pure lands such as Sukhavati and Lotus Light. May the Buddhas be pleased by offerings. May the vows of the oath-bound ones (Dharmapalas) be fulfilled. May the desires of the six realms be satisfied. May karmic debts and old debts be repaid. A pure realm of the three realms, compassionate guests of the three existences, food that pervades all without exception, by the power of the Dharma's nature, may you enjoy the inexhaustible treasure of desirable qualities. May all be like the treasury of space, may enjoyment never cease. May there be no strife or harm, may you enjoy freely. Do not commit any evil deeds, etc., and also perform Dharma giving and dedication of merit. This was composed by Rangjung Dorje with the intention of benefiting others. White Torma offering pervades all realms.
