དས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྔོས་པ་དང་། ཇི་ལྟར་མ་བྱོན་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྔོ་བར་འགྱུར་བ་དང་།ཇི་ལྟར་ད་ལྟར་བཞུགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྔོ་བར་མཛད་པ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་བདག་གིས་ཀྱང་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྔོ་བར་བགྱིའོ། །སྡིག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ནི་སོ་སོར་བཤགས་སོ། །བསོད་ནམས་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ནི་རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རང་ངོ་། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ནི་བསྐུལ་ཞིང་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་སོ། །བདག་གིས་བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་མཆོག་དམ་པ་ཐོབ་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །མི་མཆོག་རྒྱལ་བ་གང་དག་ད་ལྟར་བཞུགས་པ་དང་། །གང་དག་འདས་པ་དག་དང་དེ་བཞིན་གང་མ་བྱོན། །ཡོན་ཏན་བསྔགས་པ་མཐའ་ཡས་རྒྱ་མཚོ་འདྲ་ཀུན་ལ། །ཐལ་མོ་སྦྱར་བར་བགྱིས་ཏེ་སྐྱབས་སུ་ཉེ་བར་མཆིའོ། །འཕགས་པ་ཕུང་པོ་གསུམ་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་མདོ་རྫོགས་སོ། །༈ བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་གང་དག་སྙིང་རྗེའི་སྟོབས་ལྡན་ཞིང་། །དཔའ་བོས་སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན་ལ་ཕན་ཞིང་སྐྱོབ་བྱེད་པ། །དེ་དག་ཀུན་གྱི་སྐྱབས་མེད་སྡིག་ཅན་བདག་ལ་སྐྱོབས། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་དེ་དག་རྣམས་ལའང་བདག་སྐྱབས་མཆི། །ལུས་ཀྱི་ལས་ནི་རྣམ་པ་གསུམ། །ངག་གི་རྣམ་པ་བཞི་དག་དང་། །གང་ཡང་ཡིད་ཀྱི་རྣམ་གསུམ་པོ། །མི་དགེ་བཅུ་པོ་སོ་སོར་བཤགས། །ཐོག་མ་མེད་ནས་ད་ལྟའི་བར། །མི་དགེ་བཅུ་དང་མཚམས་མེད་ལྔ། །སེམས་ནི་ཉོན་མོངས་དབང་གྱུར་པའི། །སྡིག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བཤགས་པར་བགྱི། །འདོད་ཆགས་ཞེ་སྡང་གཏི་མུག་དབང་གིས་ནི། །ལུས་དང་ངག་དང་དེ་བཞིན་ཡིད་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་། །སྡིག་པ་བདག་གིས་བགྱིས་པ་ཅི་མཆིས་པ། །དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་གིས་སོ་སོར་བཤགས། །མཚམས་མེད་ལྔ་པོ་དག་གི་སྡིག་པ་རྣམས། །གང་གིས་མི་ཤེས་དབང་གིས་བྱས་པ་དག །དེ་ཡིས་ལྟུང་བ་བཤགས་པ་འདི་བཏོན་པས། །མྱུར་དུ་མ་ལུས་ཡོངས་སུ་བྱང་བར་འགྱུར། །ཕྱག་འཚལ་བ་དང་མཆོད་ཅིང་བཤགས་པ་དང་། །རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རང་བསྐུལ་ཞིང་གསོལ་བ་ཡི། །དགེ་བ་ཅུང་ཟད་བདག་གིས་ཅི་བསགས་པ། །ཐམས་ཅད་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཆེན་པོར་བསྔོ། ། ཕུང་པོ་གསུམ་པའི་མདོ།

诸时所回向，如未降临之诸佛薄伽梵所回向之，如现在安住之诸佛薄伽梵所作回向，如是，我亦回向。所有罪业皆一一忏悔，所有福德皆随喜，于所有佛皆劝请祈祷，愿我获得无上智慧之殊胜妙法。人中胜者诸佛凡现在安住者，以及诸已逝者，如是诸未降临者，于功德赞叹无边如海之诸佛，合掌恭敬，我趋近皈依。圣者三蕴经，大乘经圆满。愿菩提萨埵，凡具足慈悲力者，勇士利益救护一切有情者，彼等一切之无怙罪人救护于我，于彼等菩提萨埵亦我皈依。身体之业有三种，语之四种，以及意之三种，十不善业一一忏悔。无始以来直至现在，十不善与五无间罪，心为烦恼所控制，所有罪业皆忏悔。由贪嗔痴之控制，身语以及意，我所造作之罪业，所有彼等我皆一一忏悔。五无间罪之罪业，任何由无知所造作者，彼以此忏悔堕罪之宣说，迅速无余皆得清净。顶礼与供养并忏悔，随喜劝请与祈祷，我所积聚之少分善根，所有皆回向圆满大菩提。
English
That which has been dedicated by all times, that which will be dedicated by the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who have not yet come, and as the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who are now dwelling, dedicate, so too, I dedicate. All sins, I confess them individually. All merits, I rejoice in them. To all the Buddhas, I urge and pray. May I attain the supreme and excellent wisdom that is unsurpassed. The supreme among men, the victorious ones, those who dwell now, and those who have passed away, and likewise those who have not yet come, to all those whose qualities are praised, boundless like the ocean, I join my palms and draw near for refuge. The Noble Sutra of the Three Aggregates, the Great Vehicle Sutra, is complete. May the Bodhisattvas, who possess the power of compassion, the heroes who benefit and protect all sentient beings, protect me, a helpless sinner, from all of them. I also take refuge in those Bodhisattvas. The actions of the body are of three kinds, and the four kinds of speech, and also the three kinds of mind, I confess each of the ten non-virtuous actions. From beginningless time until now, the ten non-virtues and the five heinous crimes, the mind being controlled by afflictions, I confess all sins. By the power of desire, hatred, and ignorance, by body, speech, and also by mind, whatever sins I have committed, all of them I confess individually. The sins of the five heinous crimes, whatever has been done through the power of ignorance, by reciting this confession of downfall, may all be quickly and completely purified without exception. Prostration and offering, and confession, rejoicing, urging, and praying, whatever small amount of merit I have accumulated, all of it I dedicate to the great and complete enlightenment.
