། །ཟོས་པ་དང་ནི་འཐུང་བ་ཉིད་ཀྱང་། །དྲན་པས་རབ་ཏུ་སེལ་བ་ཉིད་ཐོབ། །གདོན་དང་རིམས་དང་དུག་གིས་གཟིར་བའི། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཚོགས་ནི་རྣམ་པར་སྤོང་སྟེ། །སེམས་ཅན་གཞན་པ་རྣམས་ལ་ཡང་ངོ་། །གཉིས་གསུམ་བདུན་དུ་མངོན་པར་བརྗོད་ན། །བུ་འདོད་པས་ནི་བུ་ཐོབ་འགྱུར་ཞིང་། །ནོར་འདོད་པས་ནི་ནོར་རྣམས་ཉིད་ཐོབ། །འདོད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། །བགེགས་རྣམས་མེད་ཅིང་སོ་སོར་འཇོམས་འགྱུར། །རྗེ་བཙུན་འཕགས་མ་སྒྲོལ་མ་ལ་བསྟོད་པ་སངས་རྒྱས་རྣམ་པར་སྣང་མཛད་ཀྱིས་མཛད་པ་རྫོགས་སོ། ༈ །རྗེ་བཙུན་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཅན། །བདག་དང་མཐའ་ཡས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི། །སྒྲིབ་གཉིས་བྱང་ཞིང་ཚོགས་གཉིས་མྱུར་རྫོགས་ནས། །རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐོབ་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། །དེ་མ་ཐོབ་ཀྱི་ཚེ་རབས་ཀུན་ཏུ་ཡང་། །ལྷ་དང་མི་ཡི་བདེ་བ་མཆོག་ཐོབ་ནས། །ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པ་སྒྲུབ་པར་བྱེད་པ་ལ། །བར་ཆད་གདོན་བགེགས་རིམས་དང་ནད་ལ་སོགས། །དུས་མིན་འཆི་བར་གྱུར་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་དང་། །རྨི་ལམ་ངན་དང་མཚན་མ་ངན་པ་དང་། །འཇིགས་པ་བརྒྱད་སོགས་ཉེ་བར་འཚེ་བ་རྣམས། །མྱུར་དུ་ཞི་ཞིང་མེད་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། །འཇིག་རྟེན་འཇིག་རྟེན་ལས་ནི་འདས་པ་ཡི། །བཀྲ་ཤིས་བདེ་ལེགས་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པ་རྣམས། །འཕེལ་ཞིང་རྒྱས་པའི་དོན་རྣམས་མ་ལུས་པ། །འབད་མེད་ལྷུན་གྱིས་གྲུབ་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། །སྒྲུབ་ལ་བརྩོན་ཞིང་དམ་ཆོས་འཕེལ་བ་དང་། །རྟག་ཏུ་ཁྱེད་སྒྲུབ་ཞལ་མཆོག་མཐོང་བ་དང་། །སྟོང་ཉིད་དོན་རྟོགས་བྱང་སེམས་རིན་པོ་ཆེ། །ཡར་ངོའི་ཟླ་ལྟར་འཕེལ་ཞིང་རྒྱས་པར་མཛོད། །རྒྱལ་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་བཟང་ཞིང་དགའ་བ་དེར། །པདྨོ་དམ་པ་ཤིན་ཏུ་མཛེས་ལས་སྐྱེས། །སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས་རྒྱལ་བས་མངོན་སུམ་དུ། །ལུང་བསྟན་པ་ཡང་བདག་གིས་དེར་ཐོབ་ཤོག །བདག་གིས་ཚེ་རབས་སྔོན་ནས་བསྒྲུབས་པའི་ལྷ། །དུས་གསུམ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀུན་གྱི་ཕྲིན་ལས་མ། །སྔོ་ལྗང་ཞལ་གཅིག་ཕྱག་གཉིས་མྱུར་ཞི་དཔལ། །ཡུམ་གྱུར་ཨུཏྤལ་བསྣམས་མའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག །རྒྱལ་ཡུམ་སྒྲོལ་མ་ཁྱེད་སྐུ་ཅི་འདྲ་དང་། །འཁོར་དང་སྐུ་ཚེའི་ཚད་དང་ཞིང་ཁམས་སོགས། །ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་མཚན་མཆོག་བཟང་པོ་ཅི་འདྲ་བ། །དེ་འདྲ་ཁོ་ནར་བདག་སོགས་འགྱུར་བར་ཤོག །ཁྱེད་ལ་བསྟོད་ཅིང་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་པའི་མཐུས། །བདག་སོགས་གང་དུ་གནས་པའི་ས་ཕྱོགས་སུ། །ནད་གདོན་དབུལ་ཕོངས་འཐབ་རྩོད་ཞི་བ་དང་། །ཆོས་དང་བཀྲ་ཤིས་འཕེལ་བར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། །ས་སྐྱ་གྲགས་པ་རྒྱལ་མཚན་གྱིས་མཛད་པ་རྫོགས

吞食与饮用之物，以忆念之力彻底遣除。被邪魔、瘟疫和毒药所困扰的，种种痛苦完全消除，其他有情也是如此。如果念诵两遍、三遍或七遍，求子者得子，求财者得财，一切愿望皆得实现，邪魔消灭，各自摧毁。圣救度母赞，由遍照如来所作，至此圆满。 顶礼！ 圣救度母具大悲心者，祈请您清净我与无边众生的二障，迅速圆满二资粮，使我等获得圆满正等觉果位。未获此果之前，生生世世，获得天人最胜安乐，在成办一切智智时，愿一切障碍、邪魔、瘟疫和疾病等，以及各种非时横死，恶梦和恶兆，八怖畏等一切损害，迅速平息，悉皆消除。祈请您毫不费力，自然成就一切增上广大，世间与出世间，吉祥、安乐、圆满之事。愿精进修持，正法增盛，恒时得见您的尊颜，证悟空性之义，菩提心宝，如上弦月般增长广大。于诸佛之清净欢喜坛城中，从极妙莲花中化生，蒙无量光佛亲自授记，愿我亦能获得。我从前世所修之本尊，三世诸佛之事业母，绿身一面二臂，迅速寂灭，吉祥圆满，持乌巴拉花之慈母，祈愿吉祥！ 圣救度母，您的身形如何，眷属、寿命、净土等如何，您的殊胜妙名如何，愿我等亦能如是成就。以此赞颂祈祷之功德力，愿我等所居之处，疾病、邪魔、贫困、争斗得以平息，正法与吉祥得以增盛。萨迦扎巴坚赞所造，至此圆满。

Even the things that are eaten and drunk, Through mindfulness, one obtains the ability to completely dispel them. The gatherings of suffering caused by being afflicted by evil spirits, epidemics, and poisons, are completely eliminated, and so it is for other sentient beings as well. If one clearly recites it two, three, or seven times, Those who desire a son will obtain a son, Those who desire wealth will obtain wealth itself. All desires will be obtained, Obstacles will be removed, and each will be destroyed separately. The Praise to the Noble Tara, composed by the Buddha Vairochana, is complete. O Noble and Blessed Compassionate One, May you purify the two obscurations of myself and all limitless sentient beings, Quickly perfect the two accumulations, and Grant that we may attain perfect Buddhahood. Until that is attained, in all lifetimes, Having obtained the supreme bliss of gods and humans, In order to accomplish omniscience, May all obstacles, evil spirits, hindrances, epidemics, and diseases, etc., And various kinds of untimely death, Bad dreams and bad omens, and The eight fears, etc., that cause harm, Be quickly pacified and eliminated. May you effortlessly and spontaneously accomplish All the meanings of increasing and expanding, Worldly and transcendent, Auspiciousness, well-being, and perfection. May we be diligent in practice and the sacred Dharma increase, May we always see your noble face, And may the precious Bodhicitta, realizing the meaning of emptiness, Increase and expand like the waxing moon. In that pure and joyful mandala of the Victorious Ones, Born from an exceedingly beautiful and sacred lotus, Predicted directly by the Victorious One Amitabha, May I also attain that there. The deity I have practiced from previous lifetimes, The mother of the activity of all Buddhas of the three times, Green-blue, one face, two arms, swift pacifier, glorious, The auspiciousness of the mother holding an Utpala flower, may it be! Queen Tara, whatever your form is, Your retinue, the measure of your life, and your pure land, etc., Whatever your supreme and excellent name is, May I and others become exactly like that. Through the power of praising and supplicating you, In whatever place I and others dwell, May sickness, evil spirits, poverty, and strife be pacified, And may Dharma and auspiciousness increase.
