Visualize: The body rotates to the left and right. The A syllable (藏文:ཨཱ་,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:ā,汉语字面意思:阿) in front and the A syllable at the back are both white, with their heads pointing downwards. Above the Hūṃ syllable (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the heart center, within the central channel, is a red Hrīḥ syllable (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍) with its head pointing upwards. Visualize a wind wheel at the anus and a fire wheel at the perineum. Cross the hands in vajra fists at the chest, focus on the left, right, and center nostrils, and exhale three times to expel impure air. Then, open the lower gate and smile three times, finally contracting to stir the wind at the anus. Ignite the fire at the perineum, causing the Aṃ syllable (藏文:ཨཾ,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:昂) at the navel center to blaze, with flames emanating from the right channel, burning away the impurities of the syllables at the heart center. Red light radiates from the Hrīḥ syllable (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍), exiting from the right channel along with the fire, burning away the impurities of the throat chakra petals. The flame exits from the upper end of the right channel, entering the skull and rotating counterclockwise from the front, exiting from the right ear canal. Hold an arrow with the right hand, nock to nock, entering from the nock of the arrow, proceeding sequentially along the shaft to the arrowhead. The red Utpala flower (lotus) opens, radiating light outwards, and all Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and sentient beings of the ten directions manifest as the luminous Kurukullā, entering from the right ear. Gather the essence of the chakras of the crown, throat, heart, and navel, exiting from the right ear canal, entering one's own Utpala arrowhead, exiting from the right ear, circling to the back of the neck, and uniting with the melting Haṃ syllable (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:杭) of bodhicitta at the crown, exiting from the left channel, making the throat and heart chakras fuller. A drop falls onto the Aṃ syllable (藏文:ཨཾ,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:昂) at the navel center, causing the fire to blaze even more. The upper end of the central channel opens, ascending from the central channel, burning away the impurities of the Hūṃ syllable (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) and Hrīḥ syllable (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍) at the heart center, and the Oṃ syllable (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) at the throat. The lower end of the central channel opens, falling onto the Haṃ syllable (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:杭) at the crown, causing white bodhicitta to descend from the Haṃ syllable (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:杭), nourishing the three syllables of the throat and heart chakras. Focus on the burning and dripping four finger-widths below the navel, visualizing that all of saṃsāra and nirvāṇa are under control, and hold the breath as much as possible. If unable, exhale slowly, rest, and generate the experience of bliss and emptiness in your own mind, abiding in it. Then recite: Without beginning, middle, or end, Without birth, death, or existence, Without self or other, the nature is empty, This is the supreme state of great bliss. Integrate all outer and inner phenomena into your own mind. The essence of mind has no beginning, no abiding, and no end. There is no need to abandon saṃsāra, no need to attain nirvāṇa, and no duality of self and other. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
