To the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the three times, I prostrate with reverence in body, speech, and mind. I offer the Samantabhadra clouds of offerings, both outer, inner, and secret. I confess and reveal the two obscurations of afflictions and knowledge. I rejoice in the ocean of Bodhisattva conduct. I urge the turning of the supreme vehicle's Dharma wheel. I request you not to pass into Nirvana but to remain forever. May this and all virtuous accumulations be dedicated to the essence of the Dharmadhatu. Having accomplished this, strive to accumulate merit and purify obscurations through the seven branches, including prostrations. If you have the energy: Om Ah Hum (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओṃ आः हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum)! This immeasurable Mandala, encompassing all realms of the boundless ocean, the wealth of samsara and nirvana, I offer to the realm of the Lama, Root Teachers, and Emanations. Please accept it and grant the siddhi of the union of appearance and emptiness! The fully accomplished Vajra City of aggregates, elements, and sense bases, this Mandala of the eight consciousnesses, pure from the beginning, I offer to the realm of the Lama, Root Teachers, and Sambhogakaya. Please accept it and grant the siddhi of the union of bliss and emptiness! Within the vase-body of the youthful, primordially pure Dharmadhatu, this spontaneously arisen Mandala of the four lights, I offer to the realm of the Lama, Root Teachers, and Dharmakaya. Please accept it and grant the siddhi of the union of awareness and emptiness! Om Guru Deva Dakini Sarva Mandala Puja Ho (Tibetan, Devanagari: ॐ गुरु देव डाकिनी सर्व मण्डल पूज हो, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ guru deva ḍākinī sarva maṇḍala pūja ho, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Guru Deva Dakini All Mandala Puja Ho)! Thus, offer the Mandala. The main practice is to emphasize devotion alone, placing complete trust in the Lama. With the certainty that the secrets of the Lama's body, speech, and mind, including the boundless Three Kayas, Three Jewels, Three Roots, and Dharma Protectors, are all perfectly complete in one, Om Ah Hum (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओṃ आः हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum)! The essence of all Dharmas, the King Samantabhadra, free from elaboration, the illusion-like net of bliss and emptiness, Vajrasattva, the emanation's form, the immortal skull garland holder, I pray, grant the siddhi of maturation and liberation! Primordial Protector, Light, Infinite Life, appearing as the embodiment of emptiness and compassion, Avalokiteshvara, the accomplished master, Padmasambhava, inseparable, I pray, grant the siddhi of maturation and liberation! Garab Dorje, Manjushri, Shri Singha, and Jnanasutra, the friend without stain, Padmasambhava, the lineage of the instructions, I pray, grant the siddhi of maturation and liberation! Vidhyadhara Lama, the embodiment of all, Padmasambhava, the peaceful and wrathful deities complete within the expanse of your mind, the great hero, protector of the boundless Dakinis, I pray, grant the siddhi of maturation and liberation! Whatever appears is the hand gesture of the wisdom deity.
