以慈悲的加持力，清净业与烦恼障蔽之处，如母般慈爱的足下，如今安住于此。如日般光芒四射，如月般光彩明亮，慈悲的容颜，观看不厌。从无始以来， 因无明障翳，如盲人水泡眼般未曾得见，众生之怙主您先前身在何处？业力强大极其难忍，极其恐惧，毛骨悚然，极度害怕，发出恳切痛苦的哀鸣，以可怜贫困的声音呼唤您。慈爱怙主若此时不垂念，何时死亡迁转，身心分离之时？与善知识道友分离，被阎罗卒所牵引。那时世间亲友不会救助，因业力所致独自漂泊。那时我若无有怙主救护，谁能延缓，不从死期中唤醒？现在就请立即精进显现神变吧！如我一般被业所苦的众生，从无始以来颠倒错乱，未能从三界轮回中解脱，无数劫中，获得有质碍的身体，无数次坏灭，积聚的血肉骨骸与世界等同，积聚的脓血如大海一般，积聚的业果，不可思议难以言说。数遍三界，经历生死之门，所作之业皆无意义白白浪费。无数劫以来，仅仅一次的生命，将仅仅一次的业，为了无上菩提而精进修持，那么所作之业才极有意义。若以意义而终将寂灭，因业力强盛，烦恼强大，获得血肉之躯，于轮回中漂泊，难忍痛苦堕入有牢狱。如此难忍剧烈的痛苦，所有罪业皆由自身之业所生。我向慈爱怙主您忏悔罪业，请以大慈悲力斩断恶业之流，祈请遣除烦恼业力之风！因无明邪见的业力强盛，于无知黑暗中永久漂泊，难道不能以智慧明灯之光芒驱散吗？若罪业之果报无法忍受，难道大慈悲者您不施展事业吗？若将堕入颠倒错乱的悬崖， 请慈悲迅速伸出援手！

By the blessings of compassion, purifying the place of karma and afflictive obscurations, now I abide at the feet of the loving one like a mother. Like the sun, blazing with light, like the moon, clear with radiance, the face of compassion, I never tire of beholding. From beginningless time, If I have not seen with eyes blinded by the cataract of ignorance, where were you, protector of beings, before? Because of the intense and unbearable power of karma, being extremely frightened, with goosebumps and great fear, I utter this lament of longing and suffering, calling out with a voice of wretched poverty. If the loving protector does not consider me at this time with compassion, when will it be, at the time of death and transference, when body and mind separate? Separated from virtuous friends, led away by Yama. At that time, worldly relatives will not be of help, wandering alone due to the power of karma. If I have no protector or refuge at that time, who will postpone or awaken me from the time of death? Please hasten and manifest your miraculous powers now! Beings like me, tormented by karma, from beginningless time, have been deluded and mistaken, not liberated from the realm of the three realms of samsara. In countless eons, in countless lifetimes, taking a body with form, it has been destroyed countless times. If the accumulated flesh and bones were gathered, it would equal the size of the world. If the accumulated pus and blood were gathered, it would be like a great ocean. If the accumulated karmic residue were gathered, it would be inconceivable and beyond words. Counting through the three realms, passing through the gates of birth and death, all the deeds done have been wasted meaninglessly. For countless lifetimes, if only a single lifetime's worth of karma, were diligently practiced for the sake of supreme enlightenment, then the deeds done would be extremely meaningful. If one were to pass into nirvana with meaning, because the power of karma is strong and the afflictions are powerful, taking a body composed of flesh and blood, one wanders in samsara, enduring unbearable suffering, trapped in the prison of existence. Such unbearable and intense suffering, all faults arise from one's own karma. I confess my sinful deeds to you, loving protector. Please cut off the stream of bad karma with great compassion, and I pray that you will turn back the wind of afflictive karma! Because of the strong power of karma from ignorance and wrong views, wandering eternally in the darkness of unknowing, will it not be dispelled by the rays of the lamp of wisdom? If the ripening of the results of sinful deeds is unbearable, will you not perform your activities with great compassion? If I am about to fall into the abyss of perversion, please quickly extend your compassionate hand!
