First, the recitation of the instructions on the difficulty of obtaining leisure and endowment: Alas! Among the six realms, leisure and endowment are difficult to obtain, and within a human body, it is difficult to encounter the Dharma. This precious jewel, so difficult to obtain, should not be wasted; practice should be made the essence. Second, clarifying the contemplation of death and impermanence with words: The illusory body that is born has the nature of death. The life of a person goes like a waterfall cascading down a steep mountain. There is no cause of death, whether good or bad, that has not been made. Therefore, meditate on contemplation right now. Third, taking refuge in the Three Jewels, the essence of compassion: Fearing the terrifying abyss of the lower realms, take refuge in the Three Jewels, the supreme and eternal refuge. May the Three Jewels, with compassion, not abandon all sentient beings who were once our mothers and pervade the sky, but hold them with love. Fourth, clarifying with words the generation of the mind of enlightenment in the Great Vehicle: The supreme Great Vehicle is the essential Dharma of the swift path. The mind of enlightenment that cherishes others more than oneself should be cultivated. To make it stable, one should engage in aspiration, action, and ultimate truth, and rely on them by engaging in them today. Fifth, the practice and recitation of Vajrasattva: Vajrasattva, who purifies the obscurations of disturbing emotions and knowledge, is the one who generates the mind of enlightenment. Emaho! (Tibetan: ཨེ་མ་ཧོ，Sanskrit Devanagari: एमाहो，Sanskrit Romanization: emaho，Exclamation) on the crown of my head. The garland of the hundred-syllable mantra at the heart, with the stream of nectar, arises as the glory of purifying my accumulations of obscurations. Om Vajrasattva Samaya...
