大手印红 instruction 智慧自解脱。丹尼雍仲林巴。 大手印红 instruction 智慧自解脱。丹尼雍仲林巴。 大手印红 instruction 智慧自解脱 完毕。 顶礼邬金莲花生。大手印口诀是：邬金说：措嘉谛听。大手印口诀以红 instruction 方式开示有四：见大手印，修大手印，果大手印，实修大手印。第一，见大手印是：续部中说：无立断的心的自性，是见大手印。因此，无所依，无所托，自性不生，常时不断，显现无止，一切所知的自性或本来的安住方式是大手印。对此，功德无可修，过患无可断。譬如，将绳子执为蛇时，执蛇的分别念是错乱的，绳子没有错乱。认识到从显现为蛇之时起就是绳子，所以，绳子无需安立，蛇无需断除。同样，一切所知的自性是大手印的自性，所以，无须修不分别的智慧，也丝毫没有需要断除分别念的。分别念的当下，不分别的智慧赤裸存在，因此不住于常断和二我以及能取所取的任何边，所以称为本来清净。第二，修大手印是：续部中说：在本来的自性上无执而住，是修大手印。因此，在本来自性安住上，心不执任何事物而安住，不可思议，不可表示，不是，非不是，不相违，不遍及，不作意，是修大手印。对此，安住于自宗，无需以对治来改造，如大海和波浪一般。大海中生起波浪时，生起也从大海生，消融也消融于大海。波浪不是大海之外的，大海不是波浪之外的，波浪和大海味道相同而同时存在。同样，心性大手印本来自性

The oral instructions of the Great Seal are taught as red instructions in four parts: the view of the Great Seal, the meditation of the Great Seal, the fruit of the Great Seal, and the practice of the Great Seal. First, the view of the Great Seal is: In the tantra it is said: The nature of the mind without establishment or rejection is the view of the Great Seal. Therefore, without support, without reliance, unborn in essence, imperishable in continuity, unceasing in manifestation, the nature or inherent state of all knowable things is the Great Seal. Therein, there is no virtue to be cultivated, no fault to be eliminated. For example, when a rope is mistaken for a snake, the thought of grasping the snake is mistaken, but the rope is not mistaken. When it is realized that it has been a rope from the time it appeared as a snake, there is no need to establish the rope or eliminate the snake. Similarly, since the nature of all knowable things is the nature of the Great Seal, there is no need to cultivate non-conceptual wisdom or eliminate conceptual thought. In the very moment of conceptual thought, non-conceptual wisdom is nakedly present, so it does not abide in any extreme of permanence or annihilation, the two selves, or grasping and being grasped, and is therefore called primordially pure. Second, the meditation of the Great Seal is: In the tantra it is said: In the natural state, rest without grasping, is the meditation of the Great Seal. Therefore, when the natural state is rested in without grasping at anything with the mind, it is inconceivable, inexpressible, is not, is not not, is not contradictory, is not pervasive, and is non-intentional, which is the meditation of the Great Seal. Therein, one rests in one's own way without needing to be altered by antidotes, like the ocean and waves. When waves move in the great ocean, they arise from the ocean and dissolve into the ocean. The waves are not other than the ocean, and the ocean is not other than the waves. The waves and the ocean are of the same taste and exist together.
