From Yeshe Rabbar, the profound method for averting malicious gossip, the wheel of wind of activity is: Visualize yourself as the powerful form of Padmakara, with a lotus on the tip of the dreadlocks on the crown of the head, possessing the attributes of subduing existence and samsara. In the throat chakra, visualize the hero Hayagriva, with a red body, one face, and two arms. The right hand holds a flaming wooden staff aloft in the expanse of the sky, and the left hand holds a hook of power. From the heart of the great powerful one, whose body is fully adorned with glory and charnel ground ornaments, rays of wisdom and power radiate upwards, downwards, and in all directions. These rays strike all those who disobey the command, the eight classes of gods and demons, humans and non-humans, and all those who speak ill of me. Place any items related to malicious human speech that you can find into a seamless container made of fired clay, and throw it into a strong river current that will definitely flow away and not return to your homeland. Recite curses, clap your hands. Do not look back, and all malicious human speech will be carried away by the water. Alternatively, after reciting the mantra, burn the items related to malicious human speech in a fire. Alternatively, in a place where many people gather, place the chakra (mandala) into the vase of a black stupa, so that the malicious human speech will be transferred to the crowd.
