Ambrosia medicine, compounded from eight thousand roots, An ocean of rakta, gathering the essence of the three realms, Samaya substances, tsok, and Tormas, and so forth, With inner offerings, fulfill your samaya. Completely filled with the experience of bliss, The play of heroes and heroines, Greatly increasing the wisdom of the four joys, With secret offerings, fulfill your samaya. Images, mantra wheels, life wheels, Hooks, power snares, electric lights, Lotuses, beautiful bows and arrows, and so forth, With the supports of the three secrets, fulfill your samaya. Strings of sandalwood, coral, and ruby, Silks and sindhura garments, Intoxicating empowering activities, and so forth, With samaya substances, fulfill your samaya. And, with unwavering devotion and yoga, I pray to the lineage masters of the Vidyadharas and the deities of the mandala where the Three Roots converge, the powerful Padma Dakini, the secret father of the lineage assembly, and the oath-bound guardian siblings, to fulfill their sacred commitments in the realm of reality. Controlled by the three doors of ignorance, I confess and repent with remorse for any violations of the vows of body, speech, and mind. In particular, I confess that I have not accomplished the crucial vows spoken in the tantras, agamas, and upadeshas as they are, and have gone astray. I have engaged in activities according to my own desires, deceived my mind with attachment and clinging, and failed to adopt and abandon properly due to ignorance and laziness. From the depths of my heart, I confess and ask for purification. Grant the eight great siddhis that accomplish the four activities, the three vajras of the great bliss realm, and the great mudra of supreme wisdom. Grant the siddhis that can be accomplished in this life. Transform the appearances of wind, mind, and phenomena at will. Subdue the three realms of samsara and nirvana under your control. Seize the life force and heart essence of gods, demons, and humans. May all who see and hear be overwhelmed by your power. May all the desires of my heart be effortlessly and spontaneously fulfilled. Grant the glory of the powerful Chakravartin and the supreme accomplishment of the four liberations. Hrih! From the compassionate manifestation of Avalokiteshvara, the lord of the great assembly of gods who control the three realms, the father, mother, retinue, assembly, and army, the deities of the Three Roots, from the shores of Lake Manasarovar at Mount Kailash, descend with miraculous power from the place where you reside. Abide joyfully and steadfastly by the power of your vows. Combine the essential substances of invitation banners and summoning, with the sound of longing and the melody of music. Arrange the supreme substances of practice, such as body images, life wheels, iron hooks, lassos, supports, tormas, and bla stones. Apply the life force of body, speech, and mind, meditation, recitation, and samadhi, to the four activities of approach, accomplishment, and action. Offerings for connecting and liberating, such as tsok and tormas, are substances that please and fulfill the outer, inner, and secret. Use offerings, water for washing feet, and divine food as close offerings. Offer the five desirable qualities, the eight auspicious symbols, the seven royal emblems, the good vase, the wish-fulfilling tree, the precious treasure, the harvest, and the wish-fulfilling cow. Offer lands, gardens, residences, wealth, and possessions. Offer pleasing, adorned male and female children. Offer the Zaga demons.
