The Profound Practice with Elephant. The Profound Practice with Elephant. ༄༅༔ Herein lies the Profound Practice with Elephant. In Sanskrit: Hastiratna Dhanaḥ Medhihi Upadesha Nama. In Tibetan: Called the Oral Instruction for Obtaining Wealth from the Precious Elephant. From which all needs and desires arise, the supreme wish-fulfilling jewel, surpassing the seven precious qualities, I prostrate to you, treasury. Wishing to eliminate the suffering of poverty, wishing to accomplish whatever desired wealth, one should strive in this treasury. Called the Elephant Treasury, if one wishes to perform any wealth-acquiring practice, on good fire-resistant clay, having ground five types of precious substances, make the form of an Indian elephant, dignified and beautiful to behold, the wise should fill it with contents, and then ripen it with fire. What is placed inside it, should be known as mantra and substance. Firstly, the characteristic of the mantra is, if successful, write it with gold, if unsuccessful, on white paper, having written with pure black ink, press the root with five fragrant scents. The mantra for that is as follows: Oṃ Mahāhasti Ratna Sarvasiddhi Phala Hūṃ!
