As we are in an era where we have moved into the great web of intellectual illusion and can enjoy the wonderful interdependent electric stage as we please, there is an urgent need for new reading methods that combine the ancient and the modern. Therefore, I have opened the Tartha Web Library. Based on the precious Kangyur (teachings of Buddha) and the Tengyur (commentaries on the teachings of Buddha) composed by the scholars and accomplished masters of India, the collected works of the scholars and accomplished masters of the eight major lineages of Tibetan Buddhism, namely Sakya, Gelug, Kagyu, and Nyingma, are being gradually entered into the web library in both original Tibetan texts, printed editions, and computer fonts. This time, all the volumes of the "Great Treasury of Precious Treasures," which belongs to the profound treasure category of the three great collections of Dharma of the Ancient Nyingma school, namely Kama, Terma, and Dagnang, have been included in the Tartha Web Library. Among the many original copies of the "Great Treasury of Precious Treasures," here, the "Great Treasury of Precious Treasures" later housed in the Dege Printing House is combined with computer fonts, presenting an unprecedented feature to a wide audience. In this large-scale project, Mr. Pema Donyod, a businessman, and foreigners Gerry Wiener and Jeff Furlong provided tireless assistance. In addition, we would like to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to all those who have directly or indirectly supported this project, and especially to Lama Tsewang Rinpoche, the director of the Zla-snang Library, for providing the original Dege edition of the "Great Treasury of Precious Treasures" in PDF format, which enabled the completion of the entire "Great Treasury of Precious Treasures" project. 我以崭新的方式美化，这年轻的供养烟祭令人极度陶醉。祈愿安住于法界的浩瀚三根本诸神众，特别是早期翻译派持明传承的胜者们的加持甘露如雨般从四面八方倾注而下，无边众生的心之大地得以滋润，从厌离心和菩提心的正确见修行之善妙种子中生出的慈悲和智慧的幼苗得以茁壮成长，并结出圆满两大资粮的沉甸甸的果实，以利益安乐的芬芳，令众生暂时和究竟皆能获得殊胜的利益和安乐，得以完全滋养！这是由塔氏网络图书馆负责人佐钦丹增南达于公元（20--年）8月15日所写。

May this newly beautified and utterly intoxicating offering smoke puja for the youth cause the blessings of the vast assembly of the Three Roots abiding in the expanse, and especially the nectar rain of blessings from the victorious ones of the Early Translation Vidyadhara lineage, to pour down from all directions. May the great earth of the minds of limitless beings be moistened, and may the sprouts of love and wisdom, arising from the good seeds of renunciation and the correct view, meditation, and conduct of bodhicitta, fully ripen. May they be heavy with the burden of the fruit of the completion of the two great accumulations, and may the fragrance of benefit and happiness completely nourish beings, so that they may attain excellent benefit and happiness, both temporarily and ultimately!
