取此地之成就物，勿予他人，自食之。于所欲之事，祈请之。以谷物等物，滋养之。以绸缎包裹，置于嘎乌盒中，或置于袋中。勿示于人，务必保密。尤其麻风病人、寡妇，以及破戒者等，不得见之。以此祈请，顶戴上师。献上食物与财物之精华。此乃珍贵之誓言。若违背，则成就将丧失。其后，每年不间断，于良辰吉日，修法七日。于良辰佳节，献上供品。于所欲之事，祈请之。于仓库、地窖等处，藏于人与天皆不见之处。修法时，珍视隐秘。其后，亦是秘密誓言。其中虽有颅骨之轮，然勿倒扣其口，以谷物填满而置之。恭敬且珍爱之。毫无怀疑地信之。此乃修法之次第。第三，口诀之深奥封印：纵然具备颅骨之特征，若未修此颅骨修法，或许会产生微小之成就，然如未擦拭之宝珠，无法大量给予所需之物。若持有恶劣之颅骨，则会衰败。具足特征且殊胜之颅骨，会落入具缘者之手中。对于良好且可依赖之颅骨，若如是修持颅骨修法，则会真实转变为如意宝。其后，果之功德为：长寿无病，功德增盛。成为食物、财物、受用之主人。名声与财富、牲畜增长。不尽之财富，享用宝藏。总之，一切所欲皆成就。名为“珍宝任运成”之殊胜颅骨，纵然不修持，亦能生出一切所需。不会落入无缘者之手。以此为他人修法，以此殊胜之如意宝，心中所想皆能成就。以上为绘制坛城之法：以金银、朱砂或妙香之墨，绘制三圈之轮。绘制具有四辐之轮。于中心书写所求之物，如人、财、食。书写心中所愿。于其外层之四辐上，书写：嗡 惹那 嘛哈 嘎巴拉 萨瓦 悉地 帕拉 吽 吽（藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ ratna mahā kapāla sarva siddhi phala hūṃ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，珍宝，大颅器，一切成就，果，吽，吽）。于其辐条之侧面，书写：惹那 布涅 悉地 悉地 吽（藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：ratna puṇye siddhi siddhi hūṃ，汉语字面意思：珍宝，福德，成就，成就，吽）。达南 美地 悉地 悉地 吽（藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：dhānaṃ medhi siddhi siddhi hūṃ，汉语字面意思：财富，智慧，成就，成就，吽）。纳纳 卡德

With this request, carry the Lama on your head. Offer the essence of food and wealth. This is a precious vow. If you break it, you will lose your accomplishments. Afterwards, every year without fail, on auspicious days and times, practice for seven days. Offer offerings on auspicious occasions. Pray for what you desire. In warehouses, cellars, etc., hide it where people and gods cannot see it. When practicing, cherish secrecy. Afterwards, it is also a secret vow. Although there is a skull wheel in it, do not turn its mouth upside down, fill it with grain and place it. Be respectful and cherish it. Believe in it without doubt. This is the order of practice. Third, the profound seal of oral instructions: Even if you have the characteristics of a skull, if you do not do this skull practice, you may have small accomplishments, but like a jewel that has not been polished, you cannot give a lot of what you need. If you hold a bad skull, you will be ruined. A skull with special characteristics will fall into the hands of a fortunate person. For a good and reliable skull, if you do the skull practice like this, it will truly turn into a wish-fulfilling jewel. Afterwards, the qualities of the result are: longevity, health, and increased qualities. Become the master of food, wealth, and enjoyment. Fame and wealth, livestock increase. Inexhaustible wealth, use treasures. In short, all desires are fulfilled. The supreme skull called "Precious Spontaneous Accomplishment", even if you do not practice it, it will produce everything you need. It will not fall into the hands of the unfated. By doing this practice for others, with this supreme wish-fulfilling jewel, whatever you think in your heart will be accomplished. The above is the method of drawing the mandala: With gold, silver, cinnabar or fragrant ink, draw a wheel with three circles. Draw a wheel with four spokes. In the center, write what you want, such as people, wealth, and food. Write what you want in your heart. Siddhi Siddhi Hum! Dala Sambho Siddhi Siddhi Hum Dza Dza! Write thus, and on its outer layer, write "Ye Dharma..." (Sanskrit Devanagari: ये धर्मा हेतुप्रभवा हेतुस्तेषां तथागतो ह्यवदत्। तेषां च यो निरोध एवम्वादी महाश्रमणः॥, Sanskrit Romanization: ye dharmā hetuprabhavā hetusteṣāṃ tathāgato hyavadat। teṣāṃ ca yo nirodha evamvādī mahāśramaṇaḥ॥, Literal Chinese meaning: All dharmas arise from causes; the Tathagata has declared these causes. And that which is their cessation, this the Great Ascetic has proclaimed.) and the wish-fulfilling jewel, skull cup jewel precious gem, please grant me the three things of people, wealth, and food, all accomplishments. Together with the wishful prayer, write extensively, complete the consecration well, and place it in the treasure box. Writing the Eight Auspicious Symbols and the Seven Royal Emblems and placing them inside also has great merit. In short, whatever is thought in the mind will be accomplished. This wealth-accomplishing wish-fulfilling jewel, because it is extremely profound, is hidden as a treasure. Except for the supreme son of the heart, do not show it to others, keep it in your own heart. If it is spread widely, it will be harmful to oneself. The person who has this is a wish-fulfilling treasure, and will become the master of people, wealth, and food. May this extremely secret and profound teaching meet with a fortunate one. Samaya!
