On the side of the spokes: Vajra Tsali Ki Ratna Siddhi Bhame Te Svaha! Thus write! Behind that, in the circle: Write completely the life essence, which is like fire! Behind that, in the circle: Write Āli Kāli Ye Dharma! The letters should be in capital form!
