Having mastered the conduct of the prince, may you be blessed to accomplish the benefit of both self and others. In particular, may all obstacles to practicing the sacred Dharma, such as diseases, evil spirits, sins, obscurations, and harms, be pacified, and may life, merit, wealth, realization, wisdom, and the auspicious qualities of benefit and happiness increase. Om Tare Tuttare Ture Mama Ayur Punye Jñana Pushtim Kuru Svaha. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་མ་མ་ཨཱ་ཡུར་པུཎྱེ་ཛྙཱ་ན་པུཥྚིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ तारे तुत्तारे तुरे मम आयुः पुण्य ज्ञान पुष्टिं कुरु स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ tāre tuttāre ture mama āyuḥ puṇya jñāna puṣṭiṃ kuru svāhā, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, Tara, Swift Tara, Great Tara, my life, merit, wisdom increase, accomplish Svaha.) After reciting this slightly, through the power of praying with single-pointed devotion, from the heart of the Lama Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, light radiates and touches the lord of the family, Amitayus, and the light rays from the jewel on his crown stimulate the mind-stream of the Holy Victorious Mother. May all be especially moved by the engagement of compassion. Immeasurable light rays pervade all the realms of the ten directions. My life force, which has been broken, diminished, or deteriorated, and the essence of the four elements, all of samsara and nirvana, all life, merit, wealth, wisdom, and qualities, are invited in the form of five-colored light rays and dissolve into the vase in the hands of the lord of the family. Together with that stream of nectar, from the parts of the bodies of all the assembly field, falls like rain the ambrosia of immortal accomplishment. It enters through the Brahma's gate at the crown of my head, filling my body, purifying diseases, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations. My life force, which has been broken, diminished, or deteriorated, is restored to its original state. Life, merit, wealth, realization, and qualities increase. May I attain the state of innate immortality. Om Amaraṇi Jīvantiye Svaha. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨ་མཱ་ར་ཎི་ཛཱི་ཝནྟི་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ अमरणि जिवन्तिये स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ amaraṇi jīvantiye svāhā, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, deathless, life force, Svaha.) Recite this as much as possible, as well as the life-sustaining mantra, the long, medium, and short mantras of the Victorious Mother, and the essence of White Tara, as appropriate. When concluding the session, all the assembly field dissolves into light and merges into myself. My own three doors, the innate wisdom, and the three secrets of the refuge objects are indivisible. I gaze upon the natural face of the Dharmakaya, the clear light of reality. Again, through this virtue, may all sentient beings, including myself, have long lives, be free from disease, and possess the sacred Dharma in this life. In the next life, may we be born in the pure land of Sukhavati and quickly attain the state of Amitayus. With aspirations, prayers, auspicious words, and engaging in virtuous actions. In all the intervals between sessions, circumambulate the long-life support containing relics, read scriptures, make tsa-tsas, offer water, and diligently engage in virtuous activities. 依靠此法，能使暂时的疾病、邪魔、罪障全部平息，寿命、福德、智慧增长等利益不可估量。死后也能往生清净刹土极乐世界，迅速获得大菩提的授记，这是确定的。这又是上师的加持力，如同甘露开启的莲花，以甚深意义的精华，愿一切众生，成就无死之果位。此乃蒋扬钦哲旺波所作。吉祥圆满！ 依止长寿三尊的喇嘛瑜伽，名为“成就无死之密道”。蒋扬钦哲旺波。

By relying on this, all temporary illnesses, evil spirits, and defilements will be pacified, and immeasurable benefits such as the increase of lifespan, merit, and wisdom will occur. After death, one will be born in the pure land of Sukhavati (the Land of Bliss) and swiftly receive the prophecy of great enlightenment; this is certain. This is also the blessing of the Lama, like a lotus opened by nectar. May all beings, through the essence of profound meaning, achieve the state of deathlessness.
