于天神和宫殿中显现的您等，置于头顶，从颅骨本尊身中，流出不可估量的甘露之流，祈愿学徒的身体内部充满，获得身语意之长寿悉地！手持修法所依颅器， ཧྲཱི༔ （藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥），无死大乐莲花金刚力，与持明空行众眷属，从法界中降临，赐予无生无死意义之殊胜灌顶，祈请赐予寿命与智慧悉地！ ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱི༔ （藏文，梵文天城体：काय वाक् चित्त सर्व सिद्धि फल ओम् आः हुं ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：kāya vāk citta sarva siddhi phala oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：身语意，一切成就，果，嗡啊吽啥）如是置于三处。颅骨本尊化光融入，化为无死寿命与智慧之甘露，加持于语，使之成熟为清净无垢，祈愿获得大乐至上不变之悉地。赐予颅骨甘露， ཧྲཱི༔ （藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥），寿命之主怙主所化的精华，以此赐予寿命甘露，使脉气菩提心得以增长，愿获得大乐寿命之灌顶！念诵咒语。依靠品尝轮回涅槃，常与无常之精华凝聚的丸药，无死智慧之意融入心间，祈愿获得不坏虹身金刚身！赐予寿命丸， ཧྲཱི༔ （藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥），金刚寿命修法之物，以此赐予精华丸药，以无漏安乐之受用，愿获得智慧寿命之灌顶！念诵咒语。如是甚深寿命灌顶，恢复衰损之寿命，获得不坏寿命之悉地，祈愿以永不改变稳固之手印印持！ ཧྲཱི༔ （藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥），最初明点唯一印，等等如仪轨中所述念诵，并在心间安放金刚杵。念诵吉祥圆满。经由以上诸法，已成就寿命修法金刚心髓之灌顶，因此金刚乘之共同与特殊誓言，尤其断绝杀生，赎命等等，当下与长远增延寿命之善行，如经中所说，皆如法行持，如是思念并随之念诵。主尊如何，以及供养酬谢等，此后皆如共同仪轨。上师享用荟供，并布施残食。酬谢，供赞，忏悔，收摄次第，回向，发愿，吉祥祝祷等，依仪轨与共同仪轨而行，即可成就。愿生生世世寿命之主父母尊，加持甘露之善妙传承

May you, who are manifest in the realm of gods and palaces, be placed on the crown of your heads, causing an immeasurable stream of nectar to flow from the deities of the skull. May the inside of the disciple's body be filled, and may they be inspired to attain the siddhi of life of body, speech, and mind! Holding the skull as the support for practice, Hrīḥ! (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Sha) Immortal great bliss, Padma Vajra Power, together with the assembly of Vidyadharas and Dakinis, arise from the Dharmadhatu, bestow the supreme empowerment of the meaning of no birth and no death, and grant the siddhi of life and wisdom! Kāya vāk citta sarva siddhi phala oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ! (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: काय वाक् चित्त सर्व सिद्धि फल ओम् आः हुं ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: kāya vāk citta sarva siddhi phala oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Body, speech, mind, all accomplishment, fruit, Om Ah Hum Hrih) Thus, place it in the three places. The skull deities dissolve into light and transform into the nectar of immortal life and wisdom, which is bestowed upon the speech, causing it to ripen into purity and freedom from obscurations. May you be inspired to attain the supreme, unchanging siddhi of great bliss. Bestow the nectar of the skull, Hrīḥ! (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Sha) The essence transformed by the Lord of Life, the Protector, by bestowing this nectar of life, may the channels, winds, and bodhicitta greatly increase, and may you attain the empowerment of great bliss and life! Recite the mantra. Relying on tasting the pills that combine the essence of samsara and nirvana, permanence and impermanence, the wisdom of immortality is transformed into the expanse. May you be inspired to attain the indestructible rainbow body, the Vajra body! Bestow the life pill, Hrīḥ! (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Sha) The substance for the practice of Vajra Life, by bestowing this essence pill, through the enjoyment of uncontaminated bliss, may you attain the empowerment of wisdom and life! Recite the mantra. Thus, by the profound life empowerment, restore the diminished life and gain power over the unchanging siddhi of life, may it be sealed with an unchanging and stable hand seal! Hrīḥ! (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Sha) The first bindu, the single seal, etc., recite as described in the text, and place the Vajra in the heart. Recite auspiciousness and abundance. Through all of these, the empowerment of the Vajra essence of the life practice has been accomplished. Therefore, the general and specific vows of the Vajrayana, especially abandoning killing and performing life ransom, etc., all the white actions of increasing life in the immediate and long term, as described in the scriptures, should be practiced accordingly. Think in this way and repeat after me. How the main deity is, and offering thanksgiving, etc., from now on, do as in the common ritual. The master enjoys the tsok and gives the leftovers. Thanksgiving, praise, confession, gathering sequence, dedication, aspiration, auspicious words, etc., are accomplished by following the ritual and the common ritual. May the Lord of Life, Father and Mother, in all lifetimes, bless the good lineage of the nectar stream.

Obtained. May life be as stable as a vajra, and may there be no obstacles in accomplishing the two benefits. Seeing this profound and extraordinary instruction as extremely rare, relying on the kindness of the lama, I diligently practiced it. Just a service to establish a connection, performed by the immortal Tendzin Nyima Yungdrung Lingpa in the auspicious time of flourishing, in the ever-stable garden of joy.
