甚深上师修法之长寿成就金刚心要灌顶仪轨甘露精髓。丹尼雍仲林巴。 甚深上师修法之长寿成就金刚心要灌顶仪轨甘露精髓。丹尼雍仲林巴。 甚深上师修法中，名为长寿成就金刚心要灌顶仪轨甘露精髓者，敬在此。 那摩咕噜布达雅。为了增长长寿之水藏，犹如新月般破除时节之黑暗，敬礼莲花金刚。加持生起长寿灌顶次第。吉祥寂静之处，上弦月之良辰吉日，红色法座上遍洒鲜花。其中央，法座之上，于具妙相之颅器内，盛满上好谷物精华，与长寿物混合放置。左右放置长寿丸与长寿箭。前方放置药供、血供。外供轮列，会供等需备齐。之后，驱除障碍，守护轮，皈依发心，供养加持等，依《意集经》仪轨《鲜花鬘》或共同仪轨行之。从事业正文之本尊观修至念诵之间，观修自前无别，尽力念诵后。进行供赞与勾招寿命。以三摩地受灌顶。加持事业宝瓶。之后，为弟子们沐浴并驱除障碍。明观守护轮。作相应的引导，尤其是：正如所说：“轮回中，比生命更珍贵的，不在他处。”如是所说，高处七功德之首要，即是众生之寿命长久安住，乃是所修之殊胜法门。诸佛慈悲示现诸多修持长寿之因，以及消除其障碍之方法。其中，最为深奥且能迅速成熟果报者，乃是金刚乘之本尊咒语事业次第之甚深方便。于此等法中，尤为殊胜者，乃是雪域众生之唯一怙主，无量寿佛真身莲花生大师之甚深口诀，于无尽之伏藏中，卡钦巴吉旺秋之化身，龙波及谛成就大士扎西策登，于圣地桑东巴瑞之岩石玉门中……

To increase the water treasury of long life, like the waxing moon dispelling the darkness of time, I prostrate to Padma Vajra. Arrange the blessings and longevity empowerment in order. In an auspicious secluded place, on an auspicious waxing day, scatter flowers on a red platform. In the center, on a throne, place a skull cup with good markings, filled with the essence of good grains mixed with longevity substances. To the right and left, place longevity pills and longevity arrows. In front, place medicine torma and rakta. Arrange the outer offerings and gather the tsok torma, etc. Then, perform the dispelling of obstacles, protection circle, refuge and bodhicitta, offerings, and blessings according to the Gong Dü cycle, either the Metok Trengdze or a common practice. From the deity visualization of the activity text up to the japa recitation, accomplish it as inseparable from oneself and the deity in front, and at the end, recite as much as possible. Perform praise and longevity invocation. Receive the empowerment through samadhi. Bless the activity vase. Then, bathe the students and dispel obstacles. Clearly establish the protection circle. Give appropriate instructions, especially: As it is said, "In samsara, there is nothing more precious than life. It is not found elsewhere." As it is said, the most important of the seven qualities of higher realms is the long duration of the life force of sentient beings, which is the most excellent practice. The Victorious Ones, with compassion, have taught many ways to accomplish the cause of long life and to eliminate its obstacles. Among them, the most profound and swiftly ripening fruit is the profound method of the deity mantra activity sequence of the Vajrayana. Among all these, especially excellent is the single refuge of the beings of the snowy lands, the direct face of Amitayus, the profound oral instructions of Guru Padmasambhava, which reside and appear in the infinite treasures. After stating the practice of such profound longevity empowerment, etc., begin to offer the mandala. In the presence of the Guru and the Lord of the Mandala, who are inseparable, repeat this prayer. Essence of the Protector Amitayus, Supreme Master, please consider me, Remove the obstacles of untimely death, Bestow the empowerment of no birth and death. Recite three times. In the presence of the Guru and the main deity of the mandala, who are inseparable, visualize the assembly of longevity deities, vidyadharas, dakinis, and oath-bound protectors surrounding them. With the intention of properly performing the ten branches of accumulating merit, clearly obtain the meaning of the meditation, and repeat this. Guru, Yidam, Dakinis, please come, Sit on the seats of sun, moon, and lotus, Body, speech, and mind, I respectfully prostrate, Outer, inner, and secret offerings I present, I confess and repent for broken vows and sins, I rejoice in the practice of secret mantra, I urge the turning of the wheel of secret mantra for maturation and liberation, I beseech you not to pass into sorrow but to remain, I dedicate the essence for the benefit of sentient beings, May I realize the meaning of the true Vajra. Recite three times. In order to invoke the wisdom being, you should clearly visualize the form of the commitment deity like this. Hrīḥ (ཧྲཱིཿ，Hrīḥ，ഹ്ரீഃ，seed syllable)!
