Visualize the Lama and the glorious Vajrasattva as inseparable, surrounded by the Three Roots and all the Buddhas, and that you and all beings pervading space take refuge from now until reaching the essence of enlightenment, and recite the following. The Lama Vajrasattva is! etc., three times. I will liberate all sentient beings who have been my parents, rescuing them all from the great ocean of samsara in which they have been drowning since beginningless time, and establish them in the state of unsurpassed great enlightenment. For this purpose, I will enter the profound door of maturation and practice the liberating instructions, generating such a mind. And through cultivating the mind with the four immeasurables, clearly and distinctly recite the following. May all beings equal to space, etc., three times. In the presence of these supreme and sacred beings, with the intention of accumulating the two accumulations, purifying the two obscurations, and perfecting and increasing the roots of virtue, recite this eight-branch confession. Kyema Kyi Hud, etc. The lama breathes in with "Child, come here," etc. May all your conceptual obscurations, habitual tendencies, be burned by the fire of wisdom, scattered by the wind of dharmata, and washed by the water of peace. Sprinkle with mustard seeds, and from Om Daha Daha, etc., do the vase bath and beyond. May all the sins, obscurations, habitual tendencies, bad luck, and inauspicious things of these sons of the lineage be pacified and become extremely auspicious. Scatter flowers like this. Then, in order to lay the foundation for the increase of actual qualities, in order to invite the wisdom being, restrain the key points of the three doors and visualize in this way. The disciple is instantly Vajrasattva, etc., bestow blessings and stabilize them. After reciting the purification of the vase empowerment, in particular, offer a mandala as a fee for requesting the empowerment of the king of liberation samaya substances. Please repeat this supplication. Protector Buddha Vajrasattva, etc., three times. Bestow the vase empowerment with self-arisen deities, etc. Give pills with samaya vajra, etc. Secret empowerment. Lama Vajrasattva, etc., until the completion of the fourth empowerment, bestow according to the clear instructions of the text. Scatter flowers and speak auspicious words. Subsequent order, after the empowerment, proclaim and take the samaya. Offering mandalas, etc., do as usual. The subsequent ritual of the ceremony, from the blessing of the Tsok to the giving of the leftovers, offer the Tsok. After the seven branches, make offerings and praises of gratitude. Confess faults and recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra. If there is a support, then the wisdom being will remain stable, and if not, it will depart. Gather the samaya being into oneself. From the self-generation deity's absorption and sublimation to the dedication and aspiration, perform the self-generation deity as described below, and accomplish it by reciting various auspicious words. May the conceptual obscurations of all sentient beings be purified, endowed with the qualities of body, speech, and mind, inseparable from Vajrasattva, and completely overturn the ocean of existence!
