Recite! Then, whenever needed, do as before. This is more powerful than all the Dharma teachings of Jambudvipa combined! To place the black karma on oneself, one must meditate without distraction, which is difficult! Reciting this is sufficient, so it is easy and of great benefit! This is also called 'Precious Gro Lung Sound Emission'. It is also called 'Andar Do Lung'. If you do not know 'Andar Do Lung', you will not see the method of purifying karma! In the temple of Kyichu in Paro, Guru Padmasambhava hid it as a treasure, and it was revealed by Nyingdak Nyang. The merit of this is one sang of gold. It will fall into the hands of those who break their vows and are like jackals. It is the special wealth of mantra practitioners. It is an extremely rare instruction, complete! Samaya! Seal, seal, seal! Next is the practice of bathing, clearly recorded as follows: Draw a nine-palace wheel, starting from the front and going clockwise. To the above nine mantras, add these suffixes. La Montraya Toraya Toraya, all the stains of widows, pacify, do, ye, Svaha. Asni Pisni Traya Toraya Toraya, all the stains of filth, pacify, do, ye, Svaha! Thus, place the wheel written with the letters facing outwards in a container such as a katola, and let the liquid washed with mantra water drip on it. Visualize that all nine stains, such as the stains of sin, are purified by breathing, and then discard the water and the wheel in a clean place. Homage to glorious Yamantaka! The oral instruction called "Cultivating the Hand Gestures for Purifying Karma for Mantra Practitioners." Substances: musk, bezoar, saffron, add medicinal herbs, and consecrate as usual. Wrap with blue-red silk threads, make a red sheath and wear it. It is not appropriate to give this to those who have stains of decline, those who are dissatisfied, those who are sinful, and those who do not believe. Therefore, recite this mantra: Om (ཨོཾ，oṃ，唵，Perfection), Vajra (བཛྲ，vajra，diamond, vajra), Krodha (ཀྲོ་ཏ，krodha，wrathful, wrathful), Hya (ཧྱ，hya，hya，exclamation), Griva (གྷྲི་ཝ，grīva，neck, neck), Hulu Hulu (ཧུ་ལུ་ཧུ་ལུ་，hulu hulu，hulu hulu，rapidly), Hum (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，吽，seed syllable), Phat (ཕཊ，phaṭ，啪特，cut)! Then I look at the obstacles with fearless eyes, may all obstacles disappear! Recite thus. Then I grab the throat of the obstacle with my left hand, and cut off the head of the obstacle with my right hand. Then cut all the flesh, blood, and bones of the obstacles into pieces. Then burn all the flesh, blood, and bones of the obstacles in the fire. Then may all obstacles turn to ashes! Recite thus. Then I scatter the ashes in all four directions with my right hand. Then I eliminate all obstacles. Then I look at all sentient beings with a compassionate heart. Then I do deeds that benefit all sentient beings.
