Until samsara is empty, there is no time to escape from this evil body! Oath-keepers, mantra holders, gather to the oath! If you abandon the mind of harming others, you will attain the bliss of the higher realms! Therefore, enjoy this ransom offering, hair, and all the desired offerings! Do not harm the people and livestock of this place, go to the ocean until the end! But do not look back! If you dare to break the oath, your life force is in my hands! If you lose it carelessly, it will be destroyed! Your bad name is in my hands! Does a bad name not cause harm? Therefore, release the people and livestock of this place, untie the bonds, stop the disease, turn away the plague, move your dwelling, and leave quickly! Go to the other side of the endless ocean!
