地海法慧释迦能。（释迦牟尼佛） 殊胜之法及十六菩萨等， 顶礼赞叹三宝珍宝尊。 梵天帝释四大天王及十方守护， 十二药叉大将及眷属， 天人药师持明仙人众， 顶礼赞叹甘露药之天。 观想自身前方心间，吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字）字以咒鬘围绕。念诵：达雅塔。嗡 贝堪则 贝堪则 玛哈贝堪则 惹杂萨目嘎喋 梭哈。（藏文：ཏདྱ་ཐཱ༔ ཨོཾ་བྷཻ་ཥ་ཛྱེ་བྷཻ་ཥ་ཛྱེ་མ་ཧཱ་བྷཻ་ཥ་ཛྱེ་རཱ་ཛ་ས་མུཏྒ་ཏེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔，梵文天城体：तद्यथा। ॐ भैषज्ये भैषज्ये महाभैषज्ये राजसमुद्गते स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：tadyathā，oṃ bhaiṣajye bhaiṣajye mahābhaiṣajye rājasamudgate svāhā，汉语字面意思：如是，嗡，药，药，大药，药王生起，梭哈）尽力念诵后作结： 忏悔一切罪堕，善根回向菩提。 愿离疾病魔障痛苦，吉祥如意！ 愿世间众生安住自处，金刚哞！（藏文：བཛྲ་མུཿ，梵文天城体：वज्रमु，梵文罗马拟音：vajramu，汉语字面意思：金刚哞） 智慧誓言诸尊融入我。 原始清净普贤界，唉玛吙！ 此乃意伏藏之旁支，由南却（虚空法）中摄集，惹嘎阿亚整理。若有错谬，向诸佛忏悔。愿以此善，一切有情皆能脱离疾病，迅速获得药师佛之果位。嘛呢巴匝！ 仪轨中沐浴供养虽在前部，然高于此之无上瑜伽续于后部出现，并不相违。 如是修持此仪轨之利益为：若为僧人，则戒律不退；纵有退失，亦能清净罪障，不堕恶趣。地狱、饿鬼、畜生之恶业皆得清净，不生于彼。纵已生于彼，亦能立即解脱，转生善趣高处，次第证得佛果。今生亦能衣食无忧，财富具足，疾病、魔障、诅咒、王法等一切损害皆得平息。金刚手菩萨、梵天、帝释天、四大天王，以及十二药叉大将及其七十万眷属皆将守护救护，解脱十八种非时死，以及怨敌、猛兽等一切损害，一切所愿皆得圆满。如是等等，药师经中广说利益不可思议。对于大多数佛法吹毛求疵、难以满足的大学者们，以及大寺院如降央塘巴扎西曲林等所有宗教学堂，都将此法视为命根。

Homage to Shakyamuni, the Dharma-wisdom ocean. To the sacred Dharma and the sixteen bodhisattvas, I prostrate and praise the Three Jewels, precious ones. To Brahma and Indra, the Great Kings, and the ten direction guardians, The twelve Yaksha commanders with their retinues, The gods, humans, medicinal vidyadharas, and assemblies of sages, I prostrate and praise the gods of nectar medicine. Visualize a Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable) at your heart and in front of you, surrounded by a mantra garland. Then recite: Tadyathā. Oṃ bhaiṣajye bhaiṣajye mahābhaiṣajye rājasamudgate svāhā. (藏文：ཏདྱ་ཐཱ༔ ཨོཾ་བྷཻ་ཥ་ཛྱེ་བྷཻ་ཥ་ཛྱེ་མ་ཧཱ་བྷཻ་ཥ་ཛྱེ་རཱ་ཛ་ས་མུཏྒ་ཏེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔，梵文天城体：तद्यथा। ॐ भैषज्ये भैषज्ये महाभैषज्ये राजसमुद्गते स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：tadyathā，oṃ bhaiṣajye bhaiṣajye mahābhaiṣajye rājasamudgate svāhā，汉语字面意思：Thus, Om, medicine, medicine, great medicine, king of medicine, arise, Svaha) As much as you can, and at the end: Confess all sins and downfalls, dedicate the merit to enlightenment. May there be auspiciousness, free from disease, evil spirits, and suffering! May all beings in the world abide in their own place, Vajra Muḥ! (藏文：བཛྲ་མུཿ，梵文天城体：वज्रमु，梵文罗马拟音：vajramu，汉语字面意思：Vajra Mu) May the wisdom commitment deities dissolve into me. In the primordial purity, the space of Kuntuzangpo, Emaho! This is a supplementary ornament to the mind treasure, collected from the Namchö (Space Dharma) itself, and arranged by Rāga Asya. If there are any errors, I confess to the deities. By this merit, may all sentient beings be liberated from disease and quickly attain the state of the Medicine Buddha. Mani Badzra! Although the bathing and offering are at the beginning in the sutra ritual, it is not contradictory that the higher Anuttarayoga Tantra appears at the end. Thus, the benefits of practicing this ritual are: if one is a monk, the vows will not be broken; even if they are broken, the obscurations will be purified and one will not fall into the lower realms. All the evil karma of being born in hell, as a hungry ghost, or as an animal will be purified, and one will not be born there. Even if one is born there, one will be immediately liberated and reborn in the highest of the happy realms, gradually attaining Buddhahood. In this life, one will also have wealth without the need for food and clothing, and all harm such as disease, evil spirits, curses, and royal punishment will be pacified. Vajrapani, Brahma, Indra, the Four Great Kings, and the twelve great Yaksha commanders with their seven hundred thousand retinues will protect and guard you, liberating you from the eighteen untimely deaths and all harm from enemies, wild animals, and so on, and all your wishes will be completely fulfilled. Thus, the benefits are extensively taught in the Medicine Buddha Sutra itself as being inconceivable. This practice is considered vital by great scholars who are critical of most Dharma and difficult to please, and by all the monastic colleges of logic, such as Jang Ngamring Pal Khor Chöde.

对于疾病和死亡的净障，除了药师佛之外，其他仪轨并不盛行。在藏地的菩提伽耶、拉萨觉卧像前，以及桑耶寺大菩提塔前， 所进行的仪轨也是药师佛的仪轨。因此，无论新旧教派的显宗密宗，都没有比药师佛仪轨更有利益的，请深信不疑。其中广略繁多，而此仪轨言简意赅，且是无上瑜伽部，故无需洁净。此乃意幻化现，即使没有朵玛供养也可以，请大家修持吧！吉祥圆满！ 此乃意伏藏，是心性虚空光明之辅饰，从天法中单独整理出的药师佛仪轨《琉璃之流》。

For purification of obscurations from illness and death, no other ritual is as prevalent as that of the Medicine Buddha. In the Vajra Seat of Tibet, before the Lhasa Jowo statue, and before the Great Enlightenment Stupa of Samye, the rituals performed are also Medicine Buddha rituals. Therefore, whether in the new or old schools, Sutra or Tantra, there is no ritual more beneficial than the Medicine Buddha ritual, so please have faith. There are many elaborate and concise versions, but this one is concise in words and complete in meaning, and since it is of the Unsurpassed Yoga, cleanliness is not required. This is a mind emanation, so even without torma offerings it is permissible, may everyone practice it! May it be auspicious! This is a mind treasure, an embellishment of the luminous expanse of the mind, the Medicine Buddha ritual "Stream of Lapis Lazuli" separately compiled from the Heavenly Dharma.
