夏毡毒堇，穆兹蒜独生，狼狗猪狐之粪，八物合于人皮中，或者狗皮也可以，于所守护者颈部，与下方之咒轮一同佩戴。（2）能力，咒语之守护为：嗡 班杂 达 萨 班杂 玛拉 衮贝拉 匝拉雅，嗡 桑巴雅，比玛拉 梭哈。酥油少许与水混合，念诵一百零八遍，滴入鼻中。（3）特别系缚守护之方法：于吉日良辰，以金汁调和之墨水，嗡 彻涅 阿让 索，书写一遍，念诵一百零八咒，卷起，以自身重量压之，以牦牛粗毛线缠绕十字，系于所守护者身上，三者（物，咒水，守护）不能胜，绝无可能。（4）若已发生，则由四位比丘，分批念诵咒语之水，口鼻灌注并洒之。嗡 呢星 严 巴 梭哈，给 约拉喔。嗡 哲达 玛热德 梭哈，洛 约拉喔。囊普 扎达 梭哈，洛 约拉喔。舍宁 呢拉 卡 塔 塔 嗡 阿 吽 梭哈，此为通用之咒语。念诵此咒水，念诵守护之咒语并洒之。（5）若以上方法皆无效，病情加重濒临死亡，则焚烧上方之八种物品并熏之，于虎皮和白芥子上，亦念诵此咒七日后佩戴。嗡 班杂 班杂 德热 玛哈 呢，于携带者 惹叉，以此定能战胜，毫无疑问。陈设胜者之语，抛洒朵玛，以沐浴之法消除不净，行持堪千之朵玛，息灭邪魔，守护仇敌和不净之鬼，能从牲畜之疾病中解脱。如是供养。上师为未来众生之利益，将范本写于桦树皮上，分别隐藏。༈ 守护肺、胃、霍乱三者之法：嗡 达雅塔，阿利 玛达列 哈巴 达 匝然 赞达 匝美 阿热 哈 哈 德嘿 嘎呢 匝热 玛呢 匝利 匝耶 梭哈。嗡 哈哈 玛热 梭哈。嗡 哲哲 玛德 梭哈。如是不间断书写一串，涂抹六种妙药，黄花，黄色芥子，男子系于右，女子系于左，即可战胜。此乃持明者 累哲 滚波之伏藏。༈ 守护口舌之咒语：于黎明之时，观想自身为龙魔白色癞蛤蟆，从口中
