愿痛苦解脱！以此威力，愿我等一切众生，人病、畜病、饥荒、战争等，以及因不和睦的龙所致之疾病等平息！降雨丰沛，年成好，一切地方安乐！具备正法，远离一切邪行！愿我等与龙的一切违逆皆消除！三宝与金刚持，因果不虚之谛实力，愿祈愿如是成就！吉祥如意，增上广大！嗡 啊 吽！此悦意妙花，龙王、大龙等如上供养。嗡 啊 吽！此香气扑鼻之妙香，龙王、八大龙等。（以下省略“嗡 啊 吽！”，仅列供品）宝珠珍宝光明，龙王、大龙等。具足八支之香水，龙王、大龙等。随喜所欲之受用食物，龙王、大龙等。钹声清脆，乐音悦耳，龙王、大龙等。白糖、乳酪、丝绸、谷物、珍宝聚，龙王、大龙等。如意宝牛与牛犊，龙王、大龙等。无尽珍宝宝藏之瓶，龙王、大龙等。如实供奉实物与影像，并委以事业。之后行事，将供物等投入泉眼中，建造龙宫并安放。完毕后，如先前加持时一样观想宫殿，并念诵此咒一百零八遍。向佛陀顶礼！向法顶礼！向僧伽顶礼！向上师顶礼！向本尊顶礼！向空行母顶礼！向护法顶礼！向一切应礼敬者顶礼！如是顶礼，以及彼等之身语意功德事业之谛实力，与法性清净、因果不虚之谛实力，愿我之事业成就！龙宫乃龙之住所，供品乃龙之喜悦之物，一切所欲如意宝之大宝藏，直至轮回未空之间永不耗尽，其广阔与法界相等，愿一切龙众安乐富足，远离一切怖畏！以此威力，愿我等一切众生之疾病、饥荒、刀兵三灾等一切不善平息，最终迅速获得究竟安乐之果位！如是说。

Through this power, may all beings, including myself, have their human diseases, livestock diseases, famine, wars, etc., and diseases caused by disharmonious nagas, pacified! May rain fall abundantly, harvests be good, and all places be peaceful! May we possess the Dharma, and be free from all wrongdoings! May all our conflicts with the nagas be resolved! By the power of the truth of the Three Jewels and Vajradhara, and the infallible truth of cause and effect, may this aspiration be fulfilled! May there be auspiciousness, well-being, and increasing prosperity! Om Ah Hum! This delightful and sacred flower, offer to the Naga Kings, Great Nagas, etc., as above. Om Ah Hum! This fragrant and excellent incense, offer to the Naga Kings, the Eight Great Nagas, etc. Om Ah Hum! The light of clear and precious jewels, offer to the Naga Kings, Great Nagas, etc. Om Ah Hum! Water with eight qualities, offer to the Naga Kings, Great Nagas, etc. Om Ah Hum! Whatever pleases, desirable enjoyments and food, offer to the Naga Kings, Great Nagas, etc. Om Ah Hum! The tinkling of bells and pleasant music, offer to the Naga Kings, Great Nagas, etc. Om Ah Hum! White sugar, butter, silk, grains, and precious collections, offer to the Naga Kings, Great Nagas, etc. Om Ah Hum! Wish-fulfilling cows with calves, offer to the Naga Kings, Great Nagas, etc. Om Ah Hum! Inexhaustible vases of precious treasures, offer to the Naga Kings, Great Nagas, etc. Offer the actual substances and their reflections as they are, and entrust them with the activity. Afterwards, perform the actions, and place the supports, etc., in the spring, build and establish the Naga palace. Having finished, meditate on the palace as during the previous blessing, and recite this mantra one hundred and eight times. I prostrate to the Buddha! I prostrate to the Dharma! I prostrate to the Sangha! I prostrate to the Lama! I prostrate to the Yidam! I prostrate to the Dakini! I prostrate to the Dharma Protector! I prostrate to all who deserve prostration! As I prostrate in this way, and by the power of the truth of the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of those beings, and by the power of the truth of the pure nature of reality and the infallible cause and effect, may my activity be accomplished! May the Naga palace be the dwelling place of the Nagas, may the offerings be the objects of the Nagas' delight, may the great treasure of wish-fulfilling jewels be inexhaustible until samsara is empty, and may its expanse be equal to the sphere of Dharma! May all the Nagas be happy and prosperous, and free from all fears! Through this power, may all diseases, famine, weapons, and all negativities of all beings, including myself, be pacified, and may we quickly attain the ultimate state of perfect bliss! Thus it is said.
