Place upon it thirteen portions of Naga food mixed with Naga medicine, thirteen balls of dough mixed with Naga medicine, thirteen round dough bowls filled with white cow's milk, prepare two sets of six sweets, arranging thirteen of each, flowers, and incense with a pleasant fragrance suitable for Nagas, images of radiant jewels, water mixed with various fragrances and saffron, white torma, thirteen of each of these, and thirteen male and female cows, and various forms except for those unsuitable for Nagas such as garudas, five-colored silk, non-wrathful grains and various jewels. Arrange and adorn these well. Finally, at the iron fence, write on cards the objects seen by the Nagas and various suitable substances, surround it with non-wrathful woods, and decorate with colored wool. Then, purify oneself and the offerings, removing the smell of meat, alcohol, garlic, onions, etc., which the Nagas dislike, and contemplate oneself as a peaceful secret accomplishment.
