Ah! Covered with the profound and vast two stages and four empowerments. The vajra of the five peaceful families, And the kila of the wrathful blood-drinker are planted. In the presence of Padmasambhava, All the gods and demons of Tibet, Have you not vowed to protect the land of Tibet? And to avert border wars? All the local deities of Tibet, And the five chief gods with their retinues, Accept this precious golden beverage, And be friends to me, the yogi! Thus, the golden beverage is scattered. Then, the ransom of the effigy: HUM! In the first of the ancient kalpas, Due to the ripening of perverse actions, A wailing, desperate curse-maker, Although seeing the wisdom of the Victorious Ones, Unable to realize the nature of reality, In the degenerate age of the outer elements, Having committed perverse actions against sentient beings, At the time when the eight classes of gods and demons were in turmoil, The mistress of diseases caused by karma, A demoness with blood-red hair, Called "Fiery-Mouthed Gnyanmo," The great mistress of diseases, Moving her body from the surface of the ocean, Relying on Mount Meru, Slapping her palms in the expanse of space, Shouting her roar into the heights of the sky, Obscuring the sky with the vapor of disease, Earth diseases blazing like fire, Black gnyan diseases running rampant, Root diseases collapsing, Fainting diseases, madness, seizures, and so on, Incurable epidemics of many kinds, Unidentifiable harms of many kinds, Leading all the gods and demons, The mistress of all diseases, And sudden outbreaks of untimely disturbances, Causing internal strife among groups, Killing monks with knives, Killing nuns who are pregnant, All these are omens of your wrath, In the presence of Hala Manju, Have you not vowed to cut off smallpox? In the presence of Vajra Tummo, Have you not vowed to cut off earth diseases? In the black charnel ground of corpses, In the presence of Padmasambhava, Have you not vowed to avert epidemics? Not transgressing the command of the Victorious Ones, Avert the discord of the eight classes of gods and demons! Avert earth diseases blazing like fire! Black gnyan diseases running rampant...
