As we are in an era where we have moved into the great web of intellectual illusion and can enjoy the wondrous, interdependent, electric stage as we please, there is a need for a new reading method that combines the ancient and the modern. Therefore, I have opened the Tartha Web Library. Based on the precious Kangyur (Words of the Buddha) and the Tengyur (commentaries by Indian masters), the collected works of the scholars and masters of the eight major practice lineages of Tibet, or the Sakya, Gelug, Kagyu, and Nyingma schools, are being gradually added to the web library in both original Tibetan and computer-encoded text. This time, all the volumes of the Rinchen Terdzö Chenmo (Great Treasury of Precious Termas), which belongs to the profound terma (treasure) category of the three great collections of Dharma of the ancient Nyingma school, have been placed in the Tartha Web Library. Among the many original copies of the Rinchen Terdzö Chenmo, here we are presenting to the vast audience the Rinchen Terdzö Chenmo, which was later housed in the Derge Printing House, combined with computer-encoded text, with unprecedented features. In this large-scale project, the businessman Pema Donyod and the foreigners Gerry Wiener and Jeff Furlong provided tireless assistance. In addition, we would like to express our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to all those who have directly or indirectly supported this project, and especially to Lama Tshewang Rinpoche, the director of the Zla-snang Library, for providing the Derge edition of the Rinchen Terdzö Chenmo in PDF format, which enabled the entire Rinchen Terdzö Chenmo project to be completed successfully. May the blessings of the vast assembly of the Three Roots abiding in the Dharmadhatu, and especially the victorious ones of the Early Translation School's Vidyadhara lineage, pour down like a rain of nectar from all directions, moistening the great earth of the minds of limitless beings, so that the sprouts of love and wisdom arising from the good seeds of renunciation and the correct view, meditation, and conduct of Bodhicitta may fully ripen, and bear the heavy burden of the fruits of the complete accumulation of the two great accumulations, and with the fragrance of benefit and happiness, may all beings be temporarily and ultimately nourished by supreme benefit and happiness, becoming the cause of complete nourishment.
