The practice of "Three Realms' Well-being," which is a concise compilation of the meaning of the offering ritual of the Eight Manifestations of Heaven and Earth, said to be composed by the master Nagarjuna, and the ritual translated from China, originating from the treasure of the treasure revealer Sangye Lama, is arranged for easy reading. First, the preparation: In a clean place where corpses and biers have not previously appeared, in the center of the offering platform, erect a four-tiered Mount Meru, beautifully arranged with the four continents, oceans, and iron fence encircling it. On top of that, at the heart of the turtle-shaped structure, place the images of the earth deity, father, mother, and son, or three white, round tormas adorned with lotus petals. Place four small tormas on the four sides. Outside of that, arrange in order the eight trigrams, nine palaces, and the images or tormas of the twelve zodiac animals, and the images of the four guardians. On the first tier of Mount Meru, place the tormas of the eight classes of beings or eight small tormas. In front, arrange golden libation, five tormas, tsampa flour, food essence, crystal, and all the necessary implements below. Above that, in the sky, or if not suitable, on a high platform in the back, arrange offerings as much as possible before the images of the Buddha, scriptures, and stupas. Then, the self-generation: One can follow the sadhana of whatever chosen deity one practices, but especially in connection with this, take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, etc.
