Three wheels for subduing earth lords, nagas, and evil spirits. Four wheels for the decline of body, life force, power, and luck. Five mouth-binding wheels. There are a total of one hundred wheels of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activity. The complete offering ritual of relationship, purification, and incense offering is complete. Homage to the Great Compassionate One! These are the instructions of Orgyen Padmasambhava! Whatever you do with these interdependent practices, generate the mind of enlightenment for the benefit of beings! Visualize yourself as Avalokiteshvara, and pray to Orgyen me! Do not interrupt the seven syllables, recite hundreds and thousands of times. Greatly increase faith, reverence, and certainty! Orgyen, crown of my head, heart.

In the center, meditate and pray with devotion, may unfavorable obstacles and hindrances, be pacified and self-liberated, may bad omens turn into auspiciousness, may auspiciousness and well-being be accomplished, may bad circumstances and obstacles become friends. Hayagriva, Avalokiteshvara, and the powerful one, whichever tutelary deity you prefer, when the self-generation and completion stages are clear, protect against bodily obstacles, and may the gods, demons, and the eight classes of beings of existence and samsara, have their malicious minds pacified and be brought under control. This blessed wheel, whoever is the protector, at the time of wearing it on the body, Hayagriva, Avalokiteshvara, contemplate on whichever form you prefer, O Orgyen, please have mercy on me, grant the time to accomplish whatever activity. By doing so, after the activity, obstacles and demons cannot harm, benefiting sentient beings, may it become a support for the Buddha's teachings, definitely accomplishing the benefit of oneself and others. Orgyen Padma, my command, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, this instruction that arises from all desires, if not given to a qualified disciple, but given to unqualified beings, violating the guru's command, all the treasure protectors will inflict punishment. Offering flowers and making requests, when guarding the samaya properly, the activities of benefiting oneself and others will be accomplished, may it be for the benefit of the fortunate ones.
