The ten Father and Mother deities, the forty-two peaceful deities of the Sugatas, the five classes of wisdom dakinis, hundreds of thousands of emanated retinues, the seventy-four deities of the activity Kilaya, the all-encompassing Lama, peaceful and wrathful, and the Lion-faced Dakini, the unified Vajra Krodha, the embodiment of Lodrö. In short, to all the treasure-revealed root three deities of Rigdzin Hungnak Mebar, I offer the samaya substances, medicine, alcohol, and torma offerings. With the tongue-tube of wisdom rays, please accept them with delight and grant the siddhis of maturation and liberation. With the playful activity of the Dharmakaya and Rupakaya, Appearing in forms that subdue the misled, enemies, and obstacles, the supreme chief of the collective glory of all Dharma protectors, Mahakala Legden Maning Nag, the protectors of body, speech, and mind, the protectors of qualities and activities, and their emanations, the activity protector, the mother, and the retinue of command emanations, the nine classes, seven classes, five classes, and three classes, the male lineage, female lineage, sons, retinues, and arrogant ones, the eight classes, outer, inner, secret, and those very ones, the extremely secret, hidden, and worldly attached classes, all the command protectors and treasure protectors, and the seventy-five common Dharma protectors, glorious protectors, and Vaishravana, the wealth deity, white, yellow, red, and black, their retinues, wealth guardians, and the white-sided virtuous friends, possessing the power to protect the three thousand worlds, protecting the Dharma and holy individuals, the earth lords, place lords, local lords, and fierce ones. Before the eyes of the victorious ones and various vidyadharas, possessing the power of vows and commitments, to all the dakinis, Dharma protectors, and guardians, I offer the samaya substances, medicine, alcohol, and torma offerings. With the tongue-tube of illusory weapons, please accept them with delight and accomplish all activities. May all the guests of the torma and objects of offering be pleased. From the three places, may the nectar of the torma substances struck by light rays, and all sentient beings of the three realms, six classes, and intermediate states, be satisfied by the vast and inexhaustible generosity of whatever they desire, and may their individual karmic obscurations and all sufferings and misdeeds be pacified, and may all enter the path to enlightenment. Now, by offering this perfect accumulation, may the mandala of the gurus and buddhas be pleased! May the samaya of the gods and dakinis be fulfilled! May all the Dharma protectors and treasure lords be satisfied! May all obstacles and karmic debts be eliminated! May all beings have their wishes fulfilled! By the power and result of making offerings and generosity in this way, may there be auspiciousness in all realms and worlds, may rain fall on time, and may the years and livestock always be good. May diseases, famine, and conflicts be pacified, and may enjoyment increase. May the victorious teachings flourish, and may the holders of the teachings be of one mind. May Dharma and wealth increase and abide forever. May all beings be established on the path of virtue, and especially, may we practitioners restore all breaches of samaya, pacify all diseases, evil influences, and obstacles, increase lifespan, merit, enjoyment, and realization, and bring the three realms, Dharma, and politics under the control of our own minds. May enemies, demons, curses, and adverse conditions be reduced to dust. In short, from now until enlightenment is attained, may we be free from unfavorable conditions, may all favorable conditions be accomplished, may we quickly traverse the bhumis and paths, manifest the two kayas, and be able to accomplish the activity of liberating beings throughout space. May the objects of offering and refuge accomplish this. If combined with other fulfillment rituals, the above is sufficient. If done alone, the conclusion is: We beings, born from karma and afflictions, confess all transgressions and errors in conduct related to cause and effect to those with the eye of wisdom. Please forgive us and grant us accomplishments. May all the virtue, represented by this merit, and all other virtue, done and to be done, be well accumulated and dedicated for the sake of our kind parents, beings filling space, and for the sake of attaining enlightenment. May our aspirations be fulfilled! Whatever auspiciousness the victorious ones of all directions and times have created in all places and times, may that auspiciousness also be here! Vajra Muh!
