With many mantras placed, auspiciousness and goodness arise. To the palace of nectar, attach a white silk ribbon. One end of the thread is attached to the palace roof, connecting it to the king of the gods. The need is for the swift accomplishment of medicine, know this because there is such a vow. Extremely profound essence, before the nine deities, write mantras on a white wooden board, and place them all. Oṃ ādeva citta siddhi hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思)! deva amṛta mihīraṇa atha hūṃ praveśaya hriṃ siddhi phāla hūṃ bhrūṃ āyuśe jaḥ puṇye bāla tejo bhrūṃ nānā khādhe siddhi hūṃ dhus dhus svāhā! Above the deities, place the form of Vajradhara, peaceful in demeanor, painted, with the heart-essence syllable hūṃ. Furthermore, when accomplishing this nectar medicine, the signs of obstacles are that the heart does not desire the practice, drowsiness, burning of the five poisons such as desire, many confused dreams, strange and evil omens arise, unhappiness and quarrels among siblings and companions arise, hesitation in practice, wrong views towards the guru arise, sudden illnesses arise, inability to stay still, etc., the samaya substances, the mandala, the light of the lamp diminish, etc., whatever inauspicious things occur are obstacles from gyalpo spirits, senmo spirits, damsi spirits, nyule spirits, and bhūta spirits. At that time, arouse sharp awareness and glare with focused attention, perform the activity of expelling the ging and running spirits, fumigate with fierce substances, strike and recite mantras fiercely, circumambulate with the phurba, and finally, diligently generate and meditate on the protective circle. To generate joy, repeat the bestowal of blessings, invoke the guardians and draw out the japa in a melodious voice, perform dances, music, and whatever else is appropriate, constantly burn incense and meat in the fire, making uninterrupted smoke offerings, this activity is extremely important. The lama, consort, and samaya-bound companions are also important, as are the mother, child, friendly companions, and auspicious connections. Good omens, beautiful dreams and music, and other things like crossing water and leading onto a boat, bathing oneself and wearing white clothes, children and beautiful women gathering, bowing, and being joyful, climbing upwards, the sun and moon rising, and flowers blooming, these and other good signs are excellent. Experiencing joy, warmth, and the absorption of blessings, clarity in generation and completion, pure visions, and the arising of sadness, joy in the mind, the arising of smells, sounds, lights, etc., are said to be signs of great accomplishment. If there is a breach of samaya, various bad omens will arise, for this, strive for fulfillment, confession, and peaceful fire offerings. If practiced properly, accomplishment will be attained.
