May I become! May I ultimately be liberated into the realm of the great immortal bindu of ultimate awareness! Thus saying, joyfully perform the tsokhor feast. The essence extraction of nectar medicine: Rub the vajra-hand with your fingers, equally collect it into nutritious milk, mix it with brown sugar and honey to make pills, roll them into the size of sheep droppings and place them in a skull cup. Clearly visualize as deities, gather and dissolve the life essence. By relying on it for three sevens, wisdom arises. By relying on it for a month, one will have long life, be free from disease, and be free from old age. From then on, by relying on it for a long time, one will become a deity possessing the power of medicine, and will surely accomplish the life of a vidyadhara. At that time, when obstacles are cleared and benefits are extracted, meditate on the lama and pray. Do not interrupt the essential points of the body and the practice of prana. Occasionally perform subjugation and magical wheels. Without attachment or clinging, wander in solitary mountain retreats. Find accomplishment in a place of mental ease. Thus it was said. Again, it was asked: Should such profound meaning be propagated now or hidden as treasure? When asked thus, this heart drop of Vairochana, it is not the time to propagate it now. Bring your own experience to the extreme and include prayers. Seal it in the realm of Bon nature. When the end of your rebirth comes, meet Yungdrung Jungne Tsal, it will benefit some beings, both self and others. Obtain accomplishment through extreme secrecy. Thus it was said.
