By the ground, the oath-bound are subdued. Oṃ śrī heruka hrīḥ baśaṃ kuru ho. From the body of the wisdom-activity protector, rays of light emanate to accomplish activities. Oṃ mahākāla eka jaṭi guṇa hṛda hūṃ phaṭ. Oṃ karma mahākāla trag rakṣa hūṃ bhyo. Oṃ vajra caṇḍa sarva duṣṭān mama rulu e jaḥ bhyo. Recite without interruption like thunder. All activities will be quickly accomplished. Samaya. (Letters like a blazing fire.) (Letters like a hailstorm.) Homage to the guru, wisdom protector. Activity practice, Dharma protector. As for the activity: After constructing the activity mandala, make a killing chamber in the southwest. With the enemies and obstructors' impure substances, and fish. After meditating clearly in samadhi, the rays of light from one's heart touch the heart of the wisdom protector. Arouse all the activity protectors. Touch the arrogant protectors. All become greatly enraged. The messengers emanated from the body are, blackish-blue, unbearable, wrathful, and fierce. Holding iron hooks and lassos, they subdue the enemies and obstructors without freedom. Think of merging into the effigy. Recite the mantras of summoning, cursing, and killing. With the terrifying activity protector, cut between the black and white knives. Think of killing by raining down hail. Gather the rays of life, merit, power, and energy. Transfer the consciousness into the sphere of the letter A（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）. That corpse of the slain enemies and obstructors, along with the names and lineages of the one hundred and eight effigies. Pile up a fierce homa and light the fire. Meditate on the red and black fire deity, holding the fire pile and homa ladle. Oṃ agni rāja dgra bgegs jvāla raṃ. Offer mixed with a large amount of fat and blood. In the center of the blazing fire, generate the māmakī protector siblings and retinue. Recite fierce mantras and burn the one hundred and eight effigies. Merge the fire deity into the fire of the effigy deity. Throw the effigy along with the ashes. After summoning and cursing, annihilate by killing. Enemies and obstructors equal to the number die. Killing is the ultimate of activity. Hūṃ. Wisdom protector siblings and, activity protector māmakī assembly, arrogant protectors along with retinue, enemies, obstructors, evil spirits, Dharma protectors, life, merit, power, energy, body, and life are burned. Enjoy now without remainder. Suppress the ashes of the burned enemies and obstructors. Hūṃ. From under the nine levels of the earth, Yama's protectors, lords of death, entrust the enemies and obstructors to you as food. Never let them go up again. Thus is the conclusion of the activity.
