As we are in an era where we have moved into the great web of wisdom's illusions and can freely enjoy the stage of wondrous interdependent electricity, there is an urgent need for a new reading method that connects the ancient and the modern. Therefore, I have opened the Tārtha network's grand library. Based on the precious Kangyur (Words of the Buddha) and the Tengyur (Commentaries on the Teachings) composed by Indian scholars and masters—the Kangyur and Tengyur—the collected works of the Sakya, Gelug, Kagyu, and Nyingma masters of Tibet are being successively added to the online library in both authentic Tibetan original texts, printed editions, and computer fonts. This time, all the volumes of the Rinchen Terdzö Chenmo (Great Treasury of Precious Termas), which belongs to the profound terma (treasure) section of the three great collections of teachings—Kama, Terma, and Dagnang—of the ancient Nyingma school, have been placed in the Tārtha network's grand library. Among the many original copies of the Rinchen Terdzö Chenmo, we are presenting here the Rinchen Terdzö Chenmo that was later housed in the Derge printing house, as well as a version with the unprecedented feature of being able to view computer fonts simultaneously, to the vast audience. In this large-scale project, the merchant Pema Donyod and the foreigners Gerry Wiener and Jeff Furlong have made tireless efforts. In addition, to all those who have directly or indirectly provided care and support for this project, and especially to Lama Tshewang Rinpoche, the director of the Zla-snang Library, for providing the Derge printing house original copy of the Rinchen Terdzö Chenmo in scanned PDF format, which enabled the entire Rinchen Terdzö Chenmo project to be completed successfully, I express my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to all of you. May the accumulation of pure virtuous deeds performed in this way be like a garment of the gods, filled with immeasurable and boundless merit.

May the youthful offering smoke puja, which I have beautified in a new way, be utterly intoxicating. May the blessings of the three roots, the vast assembly of deities abiding in space, and especially the early translation holders of knowledge, the victorious ones, like an ocean, pour down like a rain of nectar from all directions. May the minds of limitless beings be moistened, and may the sprouts of love and wisdom, arising from the good seeds of renunciation, bodhicitta, and the correct view, meditation, and conduct, fully ripen. May it bear the great fruit of the completion of the two vast accumulations, and may the fragrance of benefit and happiness nourish all beings with temporary and ultimate benefit and supreme bliss.
