正值迁入智慧幻化大网之中，可以随意享用奇妙缘起之电的舞台的时代，亟需一种结合古今的全新阅读方式，我因此开启了塔益（ཏཱརྠ་）网络大藏经图书馆。以诸佛的《甘珠尔》宝藏和印度贤哲所著的《甘珠尔》释论——《丹珠尔》，即《甘丹珠尔》二者为基础，将藏地噶举八大传承或萨迦、格鲁、噶当、宁玛的贤哲所著的著作，按照藏文原版母本、印刷本和计算机字体两种形式，逐步录入网络藏经中。此次，将属于宁玛派噶玛、丹涅、达南三大法类之一，深奥伏藏部的《珍宝伏藏》整部经卷，全部收入塔益（ཏཱརྠ་）网络大藏经图书馆中。众多《珍宝伏藏》母本中，此处呈现的是后来德格印经院所藏的《珍宝伏藏》，以及能够同时看到计算机字体的、前所未有的独特版本，呈献给广大的读者们。在这个大型项目中，实际提供帮助的商人白玛顿永先生，以及外籍人士Gerry Wiener（格瑞·维纳尔），Jeff Furlong（杰夫·弗隆）三位，给予了不懈的努力。此外，对于这个项目直接或间接给予关心和支持的所有人，特别是月光图书馆的主持者喇嘛策旺仁波切，将《珍宝伏藏》的德格印经院母本，以扫描仪的PDF格式提供，使得《珍宝伏藏》的整个项目得以圆满完成，在此向各位致以衷心的感谢！如此行事的纯洁善行，愿如无量充满的绸缎般

As we have moved into the great web of intellectual illusion, an era in which we can enjoy the wonders of interdependent electric stages as we please, there is a need for a new way of reading that combines the ancient and the modern. Therefore, I have opened the Tartha Web Library. Based on the precious Kangyur of the Buddhas and the Tengyur, the commentaries on the Kangyur by the Indian scholars and Siddhas, the collected works of the scholars and Siddhas of the eight major lineages of Tibetan Buddhism, or the Sakya, Gelug, Kagyu, and Nyingma schools, are gradually being entered into the web library in both original Tibetan manuscript and computer font formats. This time, the entire collection of the Rinchen Terdzö, which belongs to the profound Terma section of the three great categories of Kama, Terma, and Dagnang teachings of the Nyingma school, has been included in the Tartha Web Library. Among the many original copies of the Rinchen Terdzö, we are presenting here the Rinchen Terdzö that was later housed in the Dege Printing House, and a unique version that allows you to see both the computer font and the original text together, which has never been seen before, to the wide audience. In this large-scale project, Mr. Pema Donyod, a businessman who actually provided assistance, and the foreigners Gerry Wiener and Jeff Furlong, have made tireless efforts. In addition, to all those who have directly or indirectly given their care and support to this project, and especially to Lama Tsewang Rinpoche, the director of the Zla-snang Library, for providing the original Dege printing of the Rinchen Terdzö in PDF format from a scanner, the entire Rinchen Terdzö project has been successfully completed, and we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all of you! May the blessings of the vast assembly of the Three Roots residing in the Dharmadhatu, especially the ocean of Buddhas of the Early Translation Vidyadhara lineage, pour down like a rain of nectar from all directions, moistening the great earth of the minds of limitless beings, and may the sprouts of love and wisdom, born from the good soil of the correct view, meditation, and conduct of arising renunciation and Bodhicitta, grow vigorously, and bear the great fruit of completing the two accumulations, and may the fragrance of benefit and happiness nourish all beings with temporary and ultimate benefit and supreme bliss!
