In this snowy land of Great Tibet, as the aspirations and activities of the incarnate Khenpo, Lopon, and Dharma King ripened, in general, the scriptures and commentaries of the Buddhas, and in particular, countless secret inner and outer tantras from places like the Orgyen Khakhyi realm, were invited to the cool region. The incarnate translators, panditas, and assemblies of accomplished ones like the ocean translated them into Tibetan, and revised and finalized them. The great master of Orgyen, Guru Padmasambhava, traversed the entire land of Tibet with his feet. In order to heal the degeneration of the environment and beings of future Tibet, he concealed immeasurable Dharma teachings, represented by the Guru, Dzogchen, and Thuk (mind), as treasures, and strengthened them with aspirations. The pioneers of the accomplished ones of the snowy land, the king and subjects, the twenty-five, and their incarnations and reincarnations, etc., as prophesied, manifested one by one the names, places, times, and necessities of the treasure revealers. Later, the incarnate treasure revealers appeared in succession, inviting from each treasure site countless sadhanas of the mandala of the Three Roots, and the stages of practice of the generation stage, completion stage, and Great Perfection, which are the supporting Dharma for them, awakening fortunate and karmically connected beings in the three doors to the nature of the Three Vajras, and so on, the profound and secret instructions. Each treasure Dharma possesses the complete and unerring path of liberation, and the blessing of the nine-lineage vidyadhara lineage, whose warmth has not yet faded. The source of accomplishment of the countless peaceful and wrathful deities of the mandala of the Buddhas has not dried up. The root of the activities of the heroes and dakinis of the three places, as well as the Dharma protectors and oath-bound ones, has not declined. For the disciples with karmic connection and pure aspirations, as the manifestation of the unparalleled inexhaustible great treasure Dharma, it is happening and continuing to happen at all times. The great chariot of the five treasures, rarely seen in the three times, Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, the emanation of the great translator Vairotsana, Jamyang Kongtrul Lodrö Thaye, gathered together most of the profound treasures that appeared from Sangye Lingpa, the first of all treasure revealers, to Chokgyur Dechen Lingpa, and named it "The Great Treasury of Precious Treasures."
