咕如的甘露小瓶。 咕如的甘露小瓶。 名为咕如的甘露小瓶之法，现存。 咕如 贝玛 悉地 吽（藏文， गुरु पद्म सिद्धि हूँ ，guru padma siddhi hūṃ，咕如莲花生悉地吽）。 顶礼邬金莲花生。 国王请问：末世时期，瘟疫产生的原因为何？本体为何？有多少种治疗方法？ 咕如回答说：国王问得好。 在劫时末法时期，不做七六种恶毒之病，世间人类四分之一，定会如扫帚扫地般死去。 因此，治疗方法极为重要。 请铭记于君王心中。 此为黑肿毒的恶毒之病，此病所居之处在虚空。 降临于人身则有四种病症，实则只有一种，乃是恶毒之病。 此病有四个降临之处，会降临在任何病症之上。 其名为寄生虫帕尔帕达。 病因是邪魔作祟，从毛孔和鼻孔进入。 有四种治疗方法，只有一种药，有四种药引。 会出现很多种疾病，传染给医生和护士。 防护措施是，不要在日落后放走一公一母两只家犬。 此病要用黑色三股线缠绕。 无论寿命已尽或未尽，无论年老年少都会染上。 如同酥油上刀刃般锋利，所有城市都会变成空城。 对此，要戴上顶髻，悬挂尊胜佛母的轮，用药物涂抹，念诵咒语，悬挂野猪轮，医生要悬挂无分别智的武器轮。 药物和咒语一起念诵，病人的头朝北。 患病后三天之内用药有效。 四种病症的药物都是麝香。 四种药引是：牦牛、母牦牛、犏牛的奶，红糖，白母山羊的血，以及酒。 被称为江地的腹泻病，也被称为妖母的瘟疫。 降临在头部则头痛，降临在小腿则小腿抽筋，降临在上半身则出现短而向上窜的疼痛。 降临在脊椎和经脉上则被称为仰头张望。 也被称为黑肿毒的肠绞痛。 对此，服用过多良药反而会助长病情。 一旦病入膏肓，就无法长期治疗。 无论原本有什么疾病，都会在其基础上加重，难以治愈，危及生命。 如果小便不畅，就取来朝东的鼠洞口的土进行热敷，口服麝香和药物，睡在山羊皮的 上面。

Guru's nectar small bottle. Guru's nectar small bottle. This is the method called Guru's nectar small bottle. Guru Padma Siddhi Hum (藏文， गुरु पद्म सिद्धि हूँ ，guru padma siddhi hūṃ，Guru Lotus Born Accomplishment Hum). I prostrate to Orgyen Padmasambhava. The king asked: What is the cause of the epidemic in the degenerate age? What is its essence? How many treatments are there? Guru replied: The king asked well. In the degenerate age of the kalpa, if the seven or six kinds of virulent diseases are not prevented, one-fourth of the people in the world will surely die as if swept away by a broom. Therefore, the treatment is very important. Please keep it in your Majesty's mind. This is the virulent disease of black swelling, which resides in the sky. If it falls on a person, there are four kinds of diseases, but in fact there is only one, which is a virulent disease. This disease has four places of descent, and it will descend on any disease. Its name is the parasite Parpata. The cause is the evil spirits, which enter through the pores and nostrils. There are four treatments, only one medicine, and four medicinal guides. Many kinds of diseases will appear, and they will be transmitted to doctors and nurses. The protective measure is not to let go of a male and a female dog after sunset. This disease should be wrapped with a black three-strand thread. Whether life is exhausted or not, whether old or young, all will be infected. It is as sharp as a razor on butter, and all cities will become empty. For this, wear a crest, hang the wheel of the Victorious Mother, apply medicine, recite mantras, hang the wheel of the wild boar, and the doctor should hang the wheel of non-discriminating wisdom weapons. Medicine and mantras are recited together, and the patient's head faces north. If medicine is given within three days of contracting the disease, it will be effective. The medicine for all four diseases is musk. The four medicinal guides are: yak, female yak, zomo milk, brown sugar, white female goat's blood, and wine. It is called Jiangdi's diarrhea disease, and it is also called the plague of the demon mother. If it falls on the head, it causes headache; if it falls on the calf, it causes calf cramps; if it falls on the upper body, it causes short and upward-shooting pain. If it falls on the spine and veins, it is called looking up and gaping. It is also called black swelling colic. For this, taking too much good medicine will help the disease. Once the disease is incurable, it cannot be treated for a long time. No matter what the original disease is, it will worsen on its basis, making it difficult to cure and endangering life. If urination is blocked, take the soil from the mouth of a rat hole facing east and apply a hot compress, take musk and medicine orally, and sleep on a goat skin.
