如今正值迁入智慧幻化大网之中，可以随意享用奇妙缘起之电光舞台的时代。因此，亟需一种结合古今的全新阅读方式。我，开启了塔尔塔网络大藏经图书馆，以རྒྱལ་བའི་བཀའ་འགྱུར་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་（胜者语藏）和འཕགས་ཡུལ་མཁས་གྲུབ་རྣམས་ཀྱིམཛད་པའི་བཀའ་ཡི་དགོངས་འགྲེལ་གྱི་བསྟན་བཅོས་བསྟན་འགྱུར་（圣地智者所著之语藏释论论典）为基础，即以བཀའ་བསྟན་འགྱུར་གཉིས་（语论二藏）为基础。藏地八大修行传承或萨迦、格鲁、噶举、宁玛的智者所著之著作，将逐步以藏文原版、底本印刷版和电脑字体两种形式一同录入网络图书馆。此次，将属于古老的宁玛派三大法类之一，深奥伏藏部的རིན་ཆེན་གཏེར་གྱི་མཛོད་ཆེན་མོའི་གླེགས་བམ་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་（大宝伏藏）全部收录于塔尔塔网络大藏经图书馆中。在大宝伏藏的诸多版本中，此次呈现的是后来德格印经院的版本，并以电脑字体和原版扫描件相结合的形式，以前所未有的特点，呈现在广大读者面前。在此宏大项目的进行过程中，商人པདྨ་དོན་ཡོད་（莲花义成）和外籍人士Gerry Wiener、Jeff Furlong三位给予了不懈的帮助。此外，对本项目给予直接或间接关心和支持的所有人，特别是ཟླ་སྣང་དཔེ་མཛོད་ཁང་（月光图书馆）的馆长喇嘛ཚེ་དབང་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་（才旺仁波切）提供了大宝伏藏德格印经院版本的扫描件PDF，使得大宝伏藏的整个项目得以圆满完成，在此向各位致以衷心的感谢和感恩。以此所行之清净善业之积累，愿如充满无量功德之天衣。

Now is the time to move into the great web of intellectual illusion, where one can enjoy the wonderful interdependent electric stage as one pleases. Therefore, a new way of reading that combines the ancient and the modern is urgently needed. I have opened the Tartha Network Great Canon Library, based on the རྒྱལ་བའི་བཀའ་འགྱུར་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ (The Precious Word of the Victorious Ones) and the འཕགས་ཡུལ་མཁས་གྲུབ་རྣམས་ཀྱིམཛད་པའི་བཀའ་ཡི་དགོངས་འགྲེལ་གྱི་བསྟན་བཅོས་བསྟན་འགྱུར་ (Treatises of the Translated Word, Commentaries on the Word of the Wise and Accomplished Ones of India), that is, based on the བཀའ་བསྟན་འགྱུར་གཉིས་ (Two Canons of Word and Commentary). The works of the wise and accomplished masters of the eight great practice lineages of Tibet, or the Sakya, Gelug, Kagyu, and Nyingma, will be gradually entered into the network library in both Tibetan original, original print, and computer font formats. This time, the རིན་ཆེན་གཏེར་གྱི་མཛོད་ཆེན་མོའི་གླེགས་བམ་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་ (Great Treasury of Precious Termas), which belongs to the profound terma section of the three great Dharma categories of the ancient Nyingma school, has been completely included in the Tartha Network Great Canon Library. Among the many versions of the Great Treasury of Precious Termas, this time we present the later Dege printing house version, and in a combination of computer font and original scan, it is presented to the wide audience with unprecedented features. In the course of this grand project, the merchant པདྨ་དོན་ཡོད་ (Padma Donyod) and the foreigners Gerry Wiener and Jeff Furlong provided tireless assistance. In addition, all those who have given direct or indirect care and support to this project, especially Lama ཚེ་དབང་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ (Tsewang Rinpoche), the director of ཟླ་སྣང་དཔེ་མཛོད་ཁང་ (Zla-snang Library), provided the scan PDF of the Dege printing house version of the Great Treasury of Precious Termas, so that the entire project of the Great Treasury of Precious Termas was successfully completed. May this new and beautifully arranged offering smoke puja utterly intoxicate the youth. May the blessings, nectar-like rain of the vast assembly of the Three Roots abiding in the expanse of space, especially the victorious ones of the Early Translation Vidyadhara lineage, pour down from all directions. May the great earth of the minds of limitless beings be moistened, and may the sprouts of love and wisdom, born from the good seeds of renunciation and the correct view, meditation, and conduct of bodhicitta, fully ripen. May it be heavy with the burden of the fruit of the complete accumulation of the two great accumulations, and may the fragrance of benefit and happiness nourish all beings with temporary and ultimate benefit and supreme bliss!
