以结合的菩提心充满的颅器甘露，置于顶髻并灌入口中，吽！（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽！）大空性的班杂壶中，充满大乐的甘露，以大乐智慧灌顶，愿脉气乐暖炽燃！嘛哈苏卡阿比钦扎 吽！（藏文：མ་ཧཱ་སུ་ཁ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧོ，梵文天城体：महासुख अभिषिञ्च हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：mahāsukha abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：大乐灌顶吽！）为了智慧智慧的灌顶，弟子以大乐融入光中，化为红白明点，显有 一切都汇聚成红白菩提心的自性，观想大乐不可遏制地燃烧，将明妃置于手中并进行结合，吽！（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽！）大乐智慧的生起之母，享用此大乐天女！愿恒时毫不疲倦地享用诸佛之方便道！噶玛穆扎嘛哈苏卡阿比钦扎 吽！（藏文：ཀརྨ་མུ་དྲ་མ་ཧཱ་སུ་ཁ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧོ，梵文天城体：कर्ममुद्रा महासुख अभिषिञ्च हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：karmamudrā mahāsukha abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：事业手印大乐灌顶吽！）为了第四灌顶，意义灌顶，珍宝灌顶，弟子的身体化为五光明点，空明一点底哩嘎，从中发出光芒，显有的一切都化为五光和明点的自性，闪闪发光，由于念诵阿吽，一切都汇聚于明点之中，那明点也无所缘，脱离执着，不加改造地安住， 吼！（藏文：ཧོ，梵文天城体：हो，梵文罗马拟音：ho，汉语字面意思：吼！）自生智慧安乐之界，不造作任运成就之自性，不观而住即有体验，光明自明通彻，观视后以觉性触碰时，安住于一无所执之处，如是观视之智，如是修持具有精勤，如是于无勤中证悟，之后后续之行，如法依经而行，唉玛，如是甚深之灌顶，胜于一切殊胜之法，乃一切口诀之命脉，未来具缘之十位法主，天子父母二人，以及，具吉祥狮子化身猴年者，与具安乐之名者相遇，愿于意之虚空中解脱！萨玛雅 嘉嘉！（藏文：ས་མ་ཡ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ，梵文天城体：समय ग्य ग्य，梵文罗马拟音：samaya gya gya，汉语字面意思：三昧耶 印 印！）伏藏印！隐藏印！卡塘！古雅！秘密印！甚深印！严厉印！阿提！（藏文：ཨྠྀི，梵文天城体：अथि，梵文罗马拟音：athi，汉语字面意思：阿提！）以九印封印而藏为伏藏，愿以方便智慧之印解开！愿以缘起之缘而降临！萨玛雅 嘉嘉！（藏文：ས་མ་ཡ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ，梵文天城体：समय ग्य ग्य，梵文罗马拟音：samaya gya gya，汉语字面意思：三昧耶 印 印！）乃化身大伏藏师秋吉德钦林巴从耶尔普纳木卡佐之上层秘密岩洞之门上迎请出的红铜片莲师手书之取出次第。

Having placed the nectar of the skull filled with uniting bodhicitta on the crown of the head and poured it into the mouth, Hūṃ! In the great emptiness of the bhāṇḍa, fill the nectar of great bliss. Having bestowed the empowerment of great bliss wisdom, may the channels, winds, bliss, and warmth blaze! Mahāsukha abhiṣiñca hūṃ! For the sake of bestowing the empowerment of wisdom and knowledge, the disciple dissolves into light with great bliss and becomes red and white bindus. All of appearance and existence completely gather into the nature of red and white bodhicitta. Meditate on the unbearable blazing of great bliss, entrust the consort to the hand and engage in union. Hūṃ! This great bliss wisdom-generating goddess, enjoy! May you always tirelessly practice the path of skillful means of all the victorious ones! Karma mudrā mahāsukha abhiṣiñca hūṃ! For the sake of bestowing the fourth empowerment, the meaning empowerment, the precious empowerment, the disciple's body becomes a single clear empty tilaka of five lights. From that, rays of light emanate. All of appearance and existence become the nature of five lights and bindus, shimmering brightly. Due to uttering Ahaṃ, everything gathers into the bindu. That itself, without objectification, free from grasping, remains naturally as it is. Ho! The realm of self-born wisdom bliss, the very nature of uncreated spontaneous accomplishment. If left unexamined, it is experiential. Clear light, self-awareness, utterly transparent. When examined and touched by awareness, it abides in a place where nothing is grasped. If knowledge looks in that way, then meditate with such effort. However one realizes in a state of non-effort, then the subsequent activities should be done according to the scriptures. Emaho, such a profound empowerment, more precious than all the sacred teachings, is the lifeblood of all instructions. May the ten future fortunate dharma lords, the two divine sons, father and mother, as well as the emanation of Palchen, the monkey year, and those with the name of bliss, meet and be liberated in the expanse of intention! Samaya gya gya! Treasure seal! Hidden seal! Khatham! Guhya! Secret seal! Profound seal! Fierce seal! Athi! Sealed with nine seals and hidden as a treasure. May it be unlocked by the seal of skillful means and wisdom! May it arrive through the conditions of interdependent origination! Samaya gya gya! This is the order of extracting the red copper sheet Guru Rinpoche's handwriting that the great incarnate treasure revealer Chokgyur Dechen Lingpa brought forth from the upper door of the secret cave of Yalphuk Namkha Dzö.

如同。莲花舞自在慧无边于德威果智扎（梵文：Devīkoṭīca）相似的珍宝岩前，在主寺大吉祥八蚌寺的经堂中清净书写，愿成为获得大自在父母果位的因缘。吉祥！吉祥！ 甚深七支中大自在汇聚之灌顶鬘。慧无边。
