Green-faced owl, holding a bell to perform activities, By the empowerment of the fierce Northern Gate Protecting Mother, may you receive the empowerment to subdue the powerful intoxicant! Karma Ghaṇṭe Ho Ho Abhiṣiñca Ā! Hrīḥ! The goddess who supports, half white and half yellow, Holding the form, possessing peace and increase, always beholding, By empowering the fortunate son of the lineage, may you receive the empowerment of emptiness, the great mudra! Hrīḥ! The goddess messenger, half yellow and half red, Possessing the power of increase, seeing cessation as essential, By empowering the fortunate son of the lineage, may you receive the empowerment of the union of channels and winds, the path of means! Hrīḥ! The goddess with fangs, half green and half red, Possessing the power of subjugation, seeing signs as essential, By empowering the fortunate son of the lineage, may you receive the empowerment of the supreme, unchanging vajra! May the secret mantra flow unceasingly like a river, May the rays of light be undiminished like the sun and moon, May the illusory wheel of visualization move like a chariot, May the three doors remain in the state of the three vajras, May the fortunate son attain the supreme accomplishment! From the heart of the visualized deity in front, a garland of mantras radiates. It emerges from the mouth. You all enter into the mouth, clear as deities. Believe that the life-syllable Hrīḥ is at the end of the heart mantra, and recite the secret mantra. Recite the essence mantra three times. By offering the burning objects and hand implements of the charnel ground, may blessings be bestowed, and may power and glory blaze even more! Offer the eight charnel ground ornaments in their respective places. Hūṃ Hrīḥ! The attire of the hero who subdued Rudra in the past, The dry skull crown is the unborn dharmakāya, The three signs of glory are the complete saṃbhogakāya, The fifty fresh skulls are the nirmāṇakāya that subdues demons, The five—elephant, field, tiger, snake—are the unsurpassed kāya, The fire mass and bone ornaments are the essence of subduing pride, By empowering the spontaneously accomplished five kāyas, may you receive the empowerment of the complete signs of great bliss! The khatvanga cuts off the root of the three poisons, empties the cycle of existence! Skull blood, wisdom, and accomplishments descend like rain! The noose binds the cycle of existence, subdues the arrogant! The iron hook gathers all ignorance, binds the three realms! By the complete empowerment of the great and glorious activity, may I attain the great and powerful, unrivaled Heruka! Then, the empowerment of the skull knife for the consorts and others: Hrīḥ! The curved knife is the weapon of wisdom that cuts off afflictions! Purifying the place of desire, the skull blood is the great seal of bliss! Father and mother, skillful means and wisdom, the dance of the mudra of blissful play! Completing the attire of heroes and heroines, May I obtain the empowerment of Hayagriva, possessing the ten powers! Thus, scatter flowers. Oṃ, may it be accomplished! May I be endowed with the empowerment of Hayagriva, inseparable from the father and mother!
