From emptiness, from Yaṃ (藏文：ཡཾ，梵文天城体：य，梵文罗马拟音：yaṃ，汉语字面意思：扬) arises a wind mandala marked with four banners. Above that, from Raṃ (藏文：རཾ，梵文天城体：र，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉语字面意思：让) arises a triangular fire mandala marked with three Raṃ (藏文：རཾ，梵文天城体：र，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉语字面意思：让). From Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡) arises the white nectar of the body; from Ā (藏文：ཨཱ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿) arises the red nectar of speech; from Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) arises the blue nectar of mind. From the vapor, rays of five-colored light emanate, within which is a white five-pronged vajra marked with Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) at its center. Contemplate that from the five syllables arise the five families, becoming ten fathers and mothers. By uttering Oṃ Ā Hūṃ Svāhā many times, the ten fathers and mothers of the five families engage in inseparable union of method and wisdom, completely filling with white and red bodhicitta. By uttering Ha Hoḥ Hrīḥ, all faults and errors are removed. The wind below stirs, igniting the fire. The fire warms the skull. The ten fathers and mothers of the five families also dissolve into light, becoming wisdom nectar endowed with the five desirable qualities. Again, contemplate that the vajra above, marked with Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), is stirred, and the vajra also dissolves into light, becoming a great ocean of nectar inseparable from samaya and wisdom. Recite Oṃ Ā Hūṃ three times, and bless with the Akaro mantra. Then, offer the torma: Clearly visualize the mandala of glorious Hayagriva at the front and on top of the torma. From the tongues of oneself and the deities of the mandala, emanate vajra-shaped tubes of light, extending forth. Insert them into the nectar of the torma, drawing and partaking without end, and contemplate that the body, speech, and mind of the deities are satisfied and pleased.
