之後前往名為「藏斯達摩」的地方。從如鷲鳥般的如拉江雍波隆岩石頸部，迎請大圓滿普賢心髓之法等。授記中說：「甚深之法大圓滿，乃普賢心之明點，其支分長壽修法，極深無有法本者，乃貝若扎納所傳授，為後世之故於江地，雍波隆中得獲廣大伏藏，未來自身之生世所獲，乃殊勝成就國王之生世，掘藏者彼之成就轉變，修持長壽之障礙息滅，獲得地藏如海之受用，成為唯一傳承秘密。」如是所說，於中部，當持明法王林巴年幼之時，被認定為法主，並賜予法類唯一傳承。以修持此長壽法之緣起，戰勝障礙之戰，並獲得甚深伏藏之成就。其中，此不共之種姓主尊長壽修法智慧命滴，於自宗中說：「如此之長壽甚深修法，為自利而修持三週，則獲得長壽持明，若修持一周，則息滅長壽之障礙而延壽，為利他而作長壽灌頂，則壽命已盡者亦能存活三年，若多次重復，則將獲得長壽持明。」此乃後世五百年代之士夫們之頂嚴，一切智者與成就者及持明伏藏師之轉輪王，第七世多吉羌蔣揚欽哲旺波或蓮花光明密咒洲（蓮花生大士化身）。依仗伏藏師與法主法王林巴二者之加持甘露，而以灌頂傳承之方式弘揚。與此長壽甚深舍阿（藏文，梵文天城體：ह्रीः，梵文羅馬擬音：hrīḥ，漢語字面意思：啥）一字法相關，為作加持長壽灌頂，而作上師之行等準備，並令獻曼扎。對上師長壽之主以猛烈之信心合掌獻花祈禱，跟隨我念誦：持明長壽諸尊眾，我等欲求不死果，祈賜壽命智慧成就，甚深灌頂祈垂賜。念誦三遍。令清淨相續。

Then he went to a place called Tsang Takmo. From the neck of the rock of Yongpo Lung in Rulag Jiang, which resembles a Garuda bird, he invited the teachings of Dzogchen Kunzang Nyingtig, etc. In the prophecy, it is said: "The profound Dharma, the Great Perfection, is the Tigle of Kunzang's heart. This practice of longevity, which is a branch of it, is extremely profound and has no text. It was taught to Vairochana himself. For the sake of future generations, in the place of Jiang, in Yongpo Lung, a vast treasure will be obtained. In the future, it will be obtained by his own rebirth. It is the end of the birth of the supreme accomplished king. The accomplishment of the treasure revealer will be transformed. The obstacles to the practice of longevity will be pacified. The enjoyment of the earth treasure, like an ocean, will be obtained. It will become a single lineage secret." As it is said, in Central Tibet, when Rigdzin Chöje Lingpa was young, he was recognized as the Dharma Lord, and the Dharma cycle was given as a single lineage. By the auspicious coincidence of practicing this longevity practice, he conquered the battle of obstacles and obtained the accomplishment of the profound treasure. Among them, this unique lineage master, the longevity practice, the wisdom life drop, is said in our own tradition: "Such a profound longevity practice, if practiced for three weeks for one's own benefit, one will obtain the longevity Vidyadhara. If practiced for one week, the obstacles to longevity will be pacified and life will be extended. If the longevity empowerment is given for the benefit of others, even those whose lives are exhausted will live for three years, and if repeated many times, one will obtain the longevity Vidyadhara." This is the crown jewel of the people of the later five hundred years, the great Chakravartin of all scholars, accomplished ones, Vidyadharas, and treasure revealers, the 7th Dorje Chang Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo or Padma Ösal Do-ngak Lingpa (an emanation of Guru Rinpoche). Relying on the nectar of the blessings of both the treasure revealer and the Dharma Lord Chöje Lingpa, he propagated it in the manner of a close lineage of empowerment. In connection with this profound longevity practice, the single syllable Hrīḥ (藏文，梵文天城體：ह्रीः，梵文羅馬擬音：hrīḥ，漢語字面意思：啥), in order to bestow the blessing of the longevity empowerment, prepare the actions of the master, etc., and have them offer a mandala. With strong faith in the Lama, the Lord of Longevity, fold your hands and offer flowers, and recite after me this supplication: Rigdzin, assembly of longevity deities, We seek the meaning of immortality, Bestow upon us the accomplishment of life and wisdom, We beseech you to grant the profound empowerment. Recite three times. Purify the continuum.
