In the past, the sages and vidyadharas of longevity, Attained the siddhi of the stream of immortal nectar. Today, through my giving to you, May you obtain the innate life free from birth and death! Hrīḥ Hrīḥ Hrīḥ Jñāna Amrita Abhiṣiñca Bhrūṃ Bhrūṃ Bhrūṃ! Placing the blossoming spike of life on the crown: Hrīḥ! Dharmadhatu, the unchanging Samantabhadra, the deity of life, The Sambhogakaya, Orgyen Amitayus, With the retinue of swift messengers of emanation, May you stabilize the siddhi of the vajra life! Hrīḥ Hrīḥ Hrīḥ Vajra Āyuṣe Tiṣṭha Bhrūṃ! Then, absorb and conceal the life force, and extensively bestow auspicious blessings. The subsequent procedures are as usual. Such a profound life practice, for one's own benefit, If practiced for three weeks, one will attain the vidyadhara of life. If practiced for one week, obstacles to life will be pacified and life will be extended. For the benefit of others, by bestowing the empowerment of life, even those whose life is exhausted will live for three years, and if repeated many times, one will attain the vidyadhara of life. The profound Great Perfection Dharma is: This branch of life practice of the Samantabhadra Heart Essence, Is extremely profound and without a catalogue. It was taught to Vairocana himself. For the sake of the future, in a distant place, A treasure will be obtained at Yongpo Lung. In the future, one's own reincarnation will discover it. The end of the reincarnation of the supreme accomplished king, The siddhi of that treasure revealer will manifest. Practice will pacify obstacles to life. One will obtain the enjoyment of the earth treasure like an ocean. The single transmission is secret, Samaya, Gya Gya Gya! From the neck of the rock resembling a garuda bird in distant Yongpo Lung of Rula, it was invited forth by Guru's nephew, Khyunthok.
