ས་སྔགས་བརྗོད། ཚེ་ཆང་ཕུལ་ལ། འཆི་མེད་བདུད་རྩི་པཉྩ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ༔ རྩ་བརྒྱད་ལོ་འདབ་སྟོང་ལས་སྦྱར་བའི་སྨན༔ འཐུངས་པས་འཚོ་བའི་ཡིད་བཞིན་རྫས་མཆོག་འདི༔ མྱང་བས་ཨཱ་ཡུཿཚེ་ཡི་དབང་ཐོབ་ཤོག༔ གཟུངས་སྔགས་བརྗོད། ཚེ་མདའ་ཕུལ་ལ། ཧྲཱི༔ འཆི་མེད་སྲོག་རྟེན་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྔ་དང་ལྡན༔ བདེ་གཤེགས་རྒྱལ་བས་བྱིན་བརླབས་ནུས་ལྡན་འདིས༔ རེག་པས་མི་མཐུན་མ་ལུས་ཞི་བ་དང༔ འཆི་མེད་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྲོག་གི་ཀ་བ་ཚུགས། །མི་ཤིགས་གཡུང་དྲུང་ལྟ་བུར་བརྟན་གྱུར་ནས། །མཆོག་ཐུན་དངོས་གྲུབ་མ་ལུས་ཐོབ་གྱུར་ཅིག༔ གཟུངས་སྔགས་མཐར་བཛྲ་རཀྵ་ཏིཥྛ་ཞེས་རྒྱས་བཏབ། དེ་ལྟར་ཚེའི་རྫས་རྣམས་ཕུལ་བས་སྐུ་ཚེ་མི་ཤིགས་པའི་རྡོ་རྗེ། མི་འགྱུར་བའི་གཡུང་དྲུང་། མི་ནུབ་པའི་རྒྱལ་མཚན་དུ་བྱས་ཏེ་འཆི་བ་མེད་པ་ཚེའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ལ་དབང་འབྱོར་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །དེ་ནས་བཀྲ་ཤིས་པའི་རྫས་བརྒྱད་པོ་རིམ་པ་བཞིན་ཕྱག་ཏུ་ཕུལ་ལ་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་རྣམས་བརྗོད། སླར་ཡང་དད་པའི་ལྷག་བསམ་རྩེ་གཅིག་པས། བརྟན་བཞུགས་ཀྱི་གསོལ་བ་ནན་ཏན་དུ་གདབ། ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པ་སོགས་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཀྱི་ཚིགས་བཅད་རྒྱ་ཆེར་བརྗོད་ཅིང་སྙན་པའི་རོལ་མོ་མེ་ཏོག་གི་སིལ་མ་འཐོར་བ་དང་བཅས་པས་བདེ་ལེགས་སུ་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་ཚོགས་ལྷག་ནས་བཟུང་རྗེས་ཀྱི་བྱ་བ་རྣམས་ལས་བྱང་ལྟར་བྱའོ། །ཞེས་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་ཡང་སྙིང་ཀུན་འདུས་ཀྱི་སྒོ་ནས་བརྟན་བཞུགས་ཀྱི་ཆོ་ག་བྱ་བའི་ཁྲིགས་རིམ་འདི་ནི། ཨོ་རྒྱན་སྨིན་གྲོལ་གླིང་འདུས་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་རྟེན་འབྱུང་གི་སྒོ་དང་པོར་ཕྱེ་བའི་སྐབས་ འདི་ལྟར་གྱིས་ཞེས་བསྐུལ་བ་དང་། བསྟན་འཛིན་གྱི་སྐྱེས་ཆེན་མཐའ་དག་མྱ་ངན་ལས་མི་འདའ་བར་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་པའི་སླད་དུ། རིག་པ་འཛིན་པ་འགྱུར་མེད་རྡོ་རྗེས་ས་གས་ཉ་བའི་དུས་བཟང་པོར་རི་བོ་གྲུ་འཛིན་གྱི་གཞལ་མེད་ཁང་ཆེན་པོར་སྦྱར་བའི་ཡི་གེ་པ་ནི་དགེ་སློང་བསོད་ནམས་བཟང་པོའོ། །སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།། །། འཆི་མེད་ཡང་སྙིང་ཀུན་འདུས་ཀྱི་སྒོ་ནས་བརྟན་བཞུགས་ཀྱི་ཆོ་ག་བྱ་བའི་ཁྲིགས་རིམ་འཆི་མེད་གྲུབ་པའི་དགའ་སྟོན། འགྱུར་མེད་རྡོ་རྗེ།

地咒语念诵。 献长寿酒。 不死甘露班杂阿弥利达（藏文，梵文天城体：पञ्चामृत，梵文罗马拟音：pañcāmṛta，汉语字面意思：五甘露）啊！ 从八根和千叶中制成的药啊！ 饮用后能带来生命的如意宝物啊！ 享用后，愿获得阿俞（藏文，梵文天城体：आयु，梵文罗马拟音：āyu，汉语字面意思：寿命）长寿的加持！ 咒语念诵。 献长寿箭。 舍（藏文，梵文天城体：ह्री，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）！ 具有不死命根和五种智慧啊！ 善逝诸佛加持具有力量的这个啊！ 接触后，所有不顺全部平息， 不死金刚的生命之柱竖立。 如同不坏雍仲般稳固后， 愿获得所有殊胜共同成就！ 咒语最后以班杂ra ka sha ti sha（藏文，梵文天城体：वज्र रक्ष तिष्ठ，梵文罗马拟音：vajra rakṣa tiṣṭha，汉语字面意思：金刚 守护 安住）来结尾。 这样，通过献上长寿之物，愿身体成为不坏的金刚， 不变的雍仲， 不灭的胜幢，从而获得不死长寿的成就。 然后，依次献上八吉祥物，念诵偈颂。 再次以虔诚的清净发心， 恳切地祈请长久住世。 广念圆满等吉祥偈颂，伴随着悦耳的音乐和散花，使其吉祥圆满。 然后，从荟供残食开始，之后的行为按照仪轨进行。 如此，以无量寿佛心髓总集之门进行长久住世仪轨的次第是， 在乌金敏珠林寺院开启缘起之门时， 劝请这样做，并且为了祈请所有持教大德不入涅槃， 持明者不变金刚在萨嘎达瓦的吉祥日，于山顶庄严宫殿中撰写，书写者是比丘索南桑波。 萨瓦芒嘎拉姆（藏文，梵文天城体：सर्व मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：sarva maṅgalam，汉语字面意思：一切吉祥）！ 从无量寿佛心髓总集之门进行长久住世仪轨的次第，名为不死成就的庆典。 不变金刚。

Earth mantra recitation. Offering longevity wine. Immortal nectar Pañcāmṛta! A medicine made from eight roots and a thousand leaves! This supreme wish-fulfilling substance that sustains life when consumed! By partaking, may one obtain the empowerment of Āyu longevity! Mantra recitation. Offering the longevity arrow. Hrīḥ! Possessing the immortal life-force and the five wisdoms! This blessed and powerful substance blessed by the Sugata Buddhas! By touching it, may all adversities be pacified, And the pillar of immortal vajra life be erected. May it become as stable as the indestructible Yungdrung, And may one obtain all supreme and common siddhis! The mantra ends with Vajra Raksha Tiṣṭha. Thus, by offering the substances of longevity, may the body become an indestructible vajra, An unchanging Yungdrung, An unperishable victory banner, thereby attaining the siddhi of immortal longevity. Then, offer the eight auspicious substances in order, reciting the verses. Again, with pure devotion and single-pointed mind, Earnestly pray for long life. Extensively recite auspicious verses such as "Perfectly endowed," and with pleasant music and scattering of flowers, make it auspicious and complete. Then, starting from the Tsok remnant, perform the subsequent actions according to the ritual manual. Thus, this order of performing the long life ritual through the gate of the condensed essence of Amitayus is, When the Ugyen Mindrolling Monastery opened the door of auspiciousness for the first time, They urged to do it this way, and in order to pray that all great teachers of the doctrine do not pass into Nirvana, The Vidyadhara Immutible Vajra composed it on the auspicious day of Saga Dawa in the great immeasurable palace on the mountain peak, and the scribe was the monk Sonam Sangpo.
