White flowers, yellow incense. Red light, green perfume. Those who accomplish the activities of the four karmas. Fulfilling the heart commitment of the Four Swift Ones. Indra, Holder of Jewels, Wheel-Turning King. Gods, Nagas, human rulers, those with life and merit. Powerful and mighty sentient beings and. Garudas, those endowed with splendor, etc. Gathering the essence of life, merit, eloquence, power, and. Fame and fortune. Grant the empowerment of immortal Vajra life. Victorious One, Slayer of the Lord of Death. Hayagriva, Great Powerful One, swirling with nectar. Iron hook, lasso, iron chain, bell. Door-guarding Father and Mother, fulfilling your heart commitment. Demons, obstacles, the Eight Classes of spirits. Those who steal life, lifespan, vital breath, and. Steal and plunder, return to their own place. Scatter and destroy, restore to their place. Life-mara, obstacles, scatter into dust. Furthermore, life deities, vidyadharas, and. The ocean of oath-bound protectors. Pure lineage, Glorious Protector, and so forth. Mandala deity assembly, fulfilling your heart commitment. Restore the diminished life force and lifespan. Mend the cracks, bring back what has fallen. Connect what is broken, straighten what is crooked. Be the helping friends for the accomplishment of life empowerment. The essence of the outer vessel, the boundless world. Absorb the essence of the five elements into the body. The inner essence, the three realms, the three existences. Absorb the consciousness stream of sentient beings into speech. The secret lineage, the ocean of Buddhas. Absorb compassion and blessings into the mind. Grant the siddhi of life and wisdom. HRIH (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ， 汉语字面意思：种子字) contemplate the assembly of Vajra Life deities. Everything is the equality of the Dharmadhatu. From the beginning, primordially enlightened. Due to not realizing, the power of dualistic delusion. Birth, death, samsara, an unbroken thread. In the uninterrupted state, accumulating obscurations. General and specific karmic afflictions. Breakage and degeneration of the three vows and. Taking life, destroying the Three Supports And, beating, robbing, and so forth. Short life, many diseases, diminished power. Karmic obscurations with many obstacles. Confess with intense remorse. Grant the supreme siddhi of Brahma. Confess in the state of the union of appearance and mind. The realm of awareness and emptiness.

愿速得自在！一切金刚长寿天，坛城无边亦无央，无有错谬虚假名。自然成就珍宝秘密藏，如妙龄宝瓶之身成熟后，直至轮回未空之际，无有生死迁变之，虹身金刚清净之身，寿命与智慧无量光，显现二利任运成就！如是金刚语之金鬘上，虽凡夫俗语装饰不美妙，然以虔诚信心作祈请发愿，无罪故于此修持之时，为结缘故苏卡巴扎所著，普贤大乐洲所书写者，乃自之弟子噶玛久美策旺也。罪过向三根本护法守护神忏悔，愿以善根获得不死金刚身！吉祥！ 无量寿佛铁金刚成就一切悉地之圆满，不死如意之鼓音。苏卡巴扎。

May [it] quickly be restored to its place! All the Vajra Long Life Deities, the mandala is without beginning, end, or center. There is not even a name for error or delusion. The spontaneously accomplished, precious, secret abode, having matured into the body of a youthful vase, until samsara is not empty, without birth, death, change, or transformation, the rainbow body, the pure body of Vajra, immeasurable light of life and wisdom, may the two benefits be manifestly and spontaneously accomplished! On this golden garland of Vajra words, although the ornaments of ordinary words are not beautiful, because the supplication and aspiration are made with devotion and faith, and there is no fault, at the time of this practice, for the sake of auspicious connection, written by Sukha Vajra, the scribe of Kunzang Dechen Ling, is my own student Karma Gyurme Tseten. I confess all faults to the Three Roots, Dharma Protectors, and Guardians. May [we] attain the immortal Vajra body through virtue! Shubham! The fulfillment of Amitayus, the iron vajra, the gathering of all siddhis, the drum sound of immortal wish-fulfillment. Sukha Vajra.
