སྣང་སྟོང་ཟུང་འཇུག་བདེ་བ་ཆེ༔ སྐལ་ལྡན་ཁྱོད་ལ་སྦྱིན་པ་ཡིས༔ སྐྱེ་འཆིིའི་འཛིན་པ་རང་གྲོལ་ཤོག༔ ཛྙཱ་ན་བཛྲ་ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔ ཞེས་དང་ཚེ་རིལ་སྦྱིན། ཐུགས་གཡོ་བ་མེད་པ་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཚེའི་དབང་མཆོག་དམ་པ་ལྷ་དང་གཉིས་སུ་མེད་པ་ཐོབ་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཤེལ་དང་མེ་ལོང་གི་བརྡས་མཚོན་ཏེ་གཞི་ཀ་དག་གི་དབྱིངས་ལས་ལམ་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་ཀྱི་སྣང་བ་ཅིར་ཡང་འཆར་བ་ཉིད་ཟུང་འཇུག་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཆེན་པོར་ལམ་དུ་བྱས་པས་ཆོས་ཅན་སྤྲོས་པའི་མཚན་མ་ཆོས་ཉིད་འགྱུར་བ་མེད་པའི་ཀློང་དུ་ཐིམ་ནས་ནམ་ཡང་འཕོ་འགྱུར་དང་བྲལ་བ་འཆི་མེད་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྐུའི་བཙན་ས་ཟིན་པའི་དོན་རྟོགས་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག །ཤེལ་རྡོ་མེ་ལོང་བསྟན་ལ། ཨ༔ ཀ་དག་གཞི་ཡི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལ༔ ལྷུན་གྲུབ་ལམ་གྱི་སྣང་བ་ཤར༔ ཟུང་འཇུག་བློ་བྲལ་ཆེན་པོའི་ངང༔ འཕོ་འགྱུར་མེད་པའི་དབང་ཐོབ་ཤོག༔ ཨ་ཨ་ཨ་ཛྙཱ་ན་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨ༔ དབྱིངས་རིག་ཟུང་ འཇུག་གཤིས་ལུགས་མ་བཅོས་གཉུག་མ་བློ་འདས་ཆེན་པོའི་ངང་དུ་མཉམ་པར་འཇོག་འཚལ། ཅེས་དར་གཅིག་བཞག །ཡོན་ཏན་དང་ཕྲིན་ལས་རྩོལ་མེད་ལྷུན་གྱིས་གྲུབ་པ་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཚེའི་དབང་མཆོག་དམ་པ་ལྷ་དང་གཉིས་སུ་མེད་པ་ཐོབ་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །དེ་ལྟར་འཆི་མེད་དོན་གྱི་དབང་བཞི་བསྐུར་པས། སྒྲིབ་པ་བཞི་དག །ལམ་བཞི་བསྒོམ་པ་ལ་དབང་། རྡོ་རྗེ་བཞི་ཡི་གོ་འཕང་ཐོབ་པའི་སྐལ་པ་ཅན་དུ་བྱས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་ཉིད་མི་ཉམས་ཤིང་བརྟན་པར་རྒྱས་འདེབས་པ་ལ། ལུས་ཀྱི་ནང་གང་བའི་ཚེའི་བཅུད་དང་དྭངས་མ་ཐམས་ཅད་འུབ་ཀྱིས་བསྡུས་ཏེ་སྙིང་གའི་ཉི་ཟླའི་གའུའི་ནང་དུ་ཞུགས། དྭངས་སྲོག་ཧྲཱིཿཡིག་ལ་ཐིམ་པས་བཀྲག་མདངས་འོད་དུ་འབར། སྐྱེ་འཆི་གཞོམ་གཞིག་དང་བྲལ་བ་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཚེའི་རིག་འཛིན་ཐོབ་པར་མོས་ལ་ཆོས་ཉིད་འཕོ་འགྱུར་མེད་པའི་ངང་དུ་མཉམ་གཞག་གི་ཕྱག་རྒྱའི་རྒྱས་ཐོབ་ཅིག ཨ༔ སྤྲོས་པས་སྣང་སྲིད་གང་བའི་ཚེ༔ བསྡུས་པས་ཐིག་ལེ་ཉག་གཅིག་ཀློང༔ འཕོ་འགྱུར་མེད་པར་རྒྱས་གདབ་བོ༔ རྣམ་ཀུན་མཆོག་ལྡན་དབྱིངས་སུ་ཨ༔ ཞེས་རྒྱས་གདབ་ལ་ཤིས་བརྗོད་རྒྱས་པར་སྤེལ་ཅིང་མེ་ཏོག་གི་ཆར་དབབ། དབང་གི་རྗེས་རིམ་དམ་ཚིག་བསྒྲག་བཟུང་སོགས་དང་། ཚོགས་ལ་རོལ་བ་ཕྱིན་གྱི་ཕྲིན་ལས་རྗེས་ཀྱི་བྱ་བ་རྣམས་ཀྱང་དེ་ཉིད་ལས་འབྱུང་བ་ལྟར་བྱས་ པས་གྲུབ་བོ། །ཚེ་དབང་གྲུབ་པའི་དབང་ཕྱུག་དང་། །དབྱེར་མེད་རྡོ་རྗེའི་རིག་འཛིན་བརྙེས། །གང་འདུལ་ཕྲིན་ལས་མཐའ་ཡས་པས། ཁམས་གསུམ་སྐྱེ་དགུ་དབུགས་འབྱིན་ཤོག །ཅེས་པའང་ཟབ་ཆོས་འདིའི་ཐོ

显空双运大乐，具缘者汝作布施，愿生死执着自解脱。（藏文：ཛྙཱ་ན་བཛྲ་ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ज्ञानवज्रचित्त अभिषिञ्च हुं，梵文罗马拟音：jñāna vajra citta abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：智慧金刚心灌顶 吽）如是并施予长寿丸。愿获得心无动摇的金刚寿灌顶殊胜，与本尊无二无别。以水晶和镜子的象征来表示，从基位本净的法界中，显现任运成就之景象，将一切显现作为双运大智慧道用，使有法戏论之相，融入法性不变的虚空中，从而证悟永不改变，获得不死金刚身的稳固地位之义。示以水晶石和镜子，啊！（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：啊）从本净基位的智慧中，任运成就道之景象显现，于双运离念大空中，愿获得不变之灌顶。（藏文：ཨ་ཨ་ཨ་ཛྙཱ་ན་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨ，梵文天城体：अ अ अ ज्ञान अभिषिञ्च अ，梵文罗马拟音：a a a jñāna abhiṣiñca a，汉语字面意思：啊啊啊智慧灌顶啊）法界智双运，于本性未造作，原始离念大空中安住。如是放置哈达。愿获得功德与事业无勤任运成就，金刚寿灌顶殊胜，与本尊无二无别。如是授予不死意义之四灌顶，清净四障，有权修持四道，成为获得四金刚果位的有缘者。为了使之不退失且稳固增长，将充满身体的长寿精华和精髓全部聚集，进入心间的日月嘎乌中，精髓融入（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥）字中，光彩夺目，愿信解获得远离生死摧毁的金刚寿持明，并在法性不变的境界中，获得等持手印的增长。啊！（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：啊）以显现充满轮回世间的寿，以聚集融入唯一明点之空，于不变中作增长，于一切圆满具足之法界中啊！（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：啊）如是作增长，并广作吉祥祝愿，降下鲜花雨。灌顶的后续次第，宣说受持誓言等，以及会供轮，以及之后的利他事业等，也如从那之中产生一样行持，便能成就。愿您成就长寿灌顶之自在，获得无别的金刚持明，以随所调伏之无边事业，令三界众生得以喘息！此乃甚深法之首

The great bliss of the union of appearance and emptiness! By bestowing this upon you, the fortunate one, may the clinging to birth and death be self-liberated! Jñāna Vajra Citta Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ. Thus, the longevity pill is given. May you attain the supreme and sacred Vajra Life empowerment, which is inseparable from the deity, with unwavering mind. Symbolized by crystal and mirror, from the sphere of the ground of primordial purity, the spontaneously accomplished appearances of the path arise in any way. By making the union of these appearances the path to great wisdom, the characteristics of phenomenal elaborations dissolve into the space of the unchanging nature of reality. Thus, may you realize the meaning of attaining the stronghold of the immortal Vajra body, which is forever free from change and transformation. Showing the crystal stone and mirror: A! From the wisdom of the ground of primordial purity, the appearances of the spontaneously accomplished path arise. In the state of the great union beyond mind, may you attain the empowerment of immutability! A A A Jñāna Abhiṣiñca A! May you rest evenly in the great, primordial, beyond-mind state of the unadulterated nature of the union of space and awareness. Thus, a silk scarf is placed. May you attain the supreme and sacred Vajra Life empowerment, which is inseparable from the deity, with effortless and spontaneously accomplished qualities and activities. Thus, by bestowing the four empowerments of the meaning of immortality, the four obscurations are purified. You are empowered to meditate on the four paths, and you are made fortunate to attain the state of the four vajras. To ensure that it does not diminish and to increase its stability, all the essence and purity of the life force that fills the body is gathered and enters the sun and moon ga'u at the heart. The essence dissolves into the syllable Hrīḥ, causing its radiance to blaze with light. May you believe that you have attained the Vajra Life Vidyadhara, free from birth, death, destruction, and disintegration, and may you attain the seal of increase of the mudra of equipoise in the unchanging state of reality. A! The life that fills the world of appearances and existence through elaboration, gathers and dissolves into the space of a single bindu. May it be increased without change! In the all-perfect and supreme realm, A! Thus, increase is made, and auspicious words are extensively spread, and a rain of flowers is showered. The subsequent stages of empowerment, the proclamation and upholding of vows, and the feast gathering, as well as the subsequent activities of benefiting others, are also performed as if arising from that, and thus it is accomplished. May you attain the freedom of accomplishing the longevity empowerment, realize the inseparable Vajra Vidyadhara, and with boundless activities that tame whatever is to be tamed, may you give breath to the beings of the three realms! This is the beginning of this profound Dharma.
