长寿成就无死心髓之结合甘露精华。 慧无涯。 长寿成就无死心髓之结合甘露精华。 慧无涯。 大成就者心滴中。名为长寿成就无死心髓之结合甘露精华者，在焉。 无死大乐金刚身，成就如意之雨降，恭敬祈请长寿成就之，成熟结合易持而著。无死成就之大自在者的口诀，以补特伽罗相续无间断的甚深秘密相关联，而修持无死寿灌顶时，于清净坛城中央，八瓣莲花坛城，中央与四方以堆饰庄严之上，于矮桌上，安置具有精华、颈饰白色、具有面饰之宝瓶。右边，于具有标识之人头器中，盛满混合烈酒、甜酒、美酒之物。左边，于珍宝器皿中，盛放长寿丸。前方，安置水晶镜。后方，安置具有装饰之长寿箭。内外之供品食子，会供之用品等，凡是近于事业所需之物，皆布置美观，并备办妥当。之后，首先以祈请为先导，从事业智慧心之皈依发心至赞颂之间，自前合一而行。赞颂之后，开启念诵室，如长寿成就无死心髓一般，以具足观修要点，尽力修持根本念诵与（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥）字念诵。最终，亦念诵不少于百遍之摄集寿命精华之念诵，而作勾招寿命。以供养赞颂与百字明忏悔过失。于事业宝瓶中，作回旋之生起念诵。会供加持后，如仪轨般献供。若欲自入，则如灌顶仪轨般领受。若不能，则作受持三摩地灌顶等共同行持。于实际灌顶时，以事业宝瓶之水为诸弟子沐浴。遣除障碍食子，而作教诫并遮止。观修守护轮。明观发心，而作共同宣说与差别。于此，适当时机，与佛陀无量寿佛及大导师莲花生大士无别，于五浊恶世化现为调伏有情之怙主之身。名为大成就者唐东嘉波者，如日月般于三界中著名，且

Herein dwells what is called The Quintessence of Nectar, Combining the Vital Practices of Longevity, the Heart Essence of Immortality. The immortal, great bliss vajra body, Rains down desired siddhis. Humbly I pray for the longevity practice, To easily carry and compose the maturing union. The oral instructions of the great master of immortal accomplishment, In connection with the profound secrets of an unbroken lineage of individuals, To accomplish the empowerment of immortal life, In the center of a clean platform, an eight-petaled lotus mandala, Adorned with clusters in the center and four directions, on top of a low table, A vase filled with essence, with a white neck cord and ornaments. To the right, a skull cup filled with a mixture of strong wine, sweet wine, and fine wine. To the left, longevity pills in a jeweled container. In front, a crystal mirror. Behind, a decorated longevity arrow. Inner and outer offering tormas. Gather and beautifully arrange all the necessary materials for the activity. Then, first, with prayers as a preliminary, From refuge and bodhicitta of the Essence of Wisdom Activity to praise, recite completely for oneself and the front. After the praise, open the mantra chamber, Like the Longevity Practice, the Heart Essence of Immortality, with the essential points of visualization, Practice the root recitation and the recitation of (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: shame) as much as possible. Finally, recite the recitation of gathering the essence of life no less than a hundred times, and perform the summoning of life. Confess transgressions with offerings, praise, and the Hundred Syllable Mantra. In the activity vase, Perform the generation and recitation of swirling. After blessing the tsok, offer it according to the text. If you wish to enter yourself, receive it like the empowerment ritual. Through great miraculous transformations, he manifested throughout Jambudvipa, subduing difficult-to-tame humans and non-humans whom others could not subdue. In particular, having attained the mastery of immortal life, he remains visibly present to those with pure karma, still guiding the fortunate and bestowing the two kinds of siddhis. By this very one, the great Chakravartin, the emanation of light, the Vajra, the manifestation of Jampal Trizin, the master of all the wise and accomplished beings of the snowy land, was personally granted at the age of fifteen. Surpassing others, with the profound and unique Dharma, a part of the heart-drop of the great accomplished one, the initiation of the life-accomplishment, the immortal essence, etc., as the connection, begin to offer the mandala. With intense devotion, pray to the guru and the great accomplished one as inseparable, and repeat this: From the mandala of the Vajra Essence, For the empowerment of life without birth and death, For the sake of maturing the three doors into Vajra, Please grant it to me, the fortunate one. Three times. In order to purify the lineage, In the presence of the guru and the supreme great accomplished one, inseparable, surrounded by the three roots and Dharma protectors like a dense cloud. I and all other sentient beings equal to the sky, until we attain enlightenment, take refuge, confess all sins and non-virtuous deeds, generate the supreme Bodhicitta with the aspiration for the benefit of others, take the vows to engage in the conduct of Bodhisattvas, and vow to practice the great secret mantra conduct. And all of that, dissolving into the sphere free from the three circles of elaboration, in order to gain clarity on the ultimate Bodhicitta, repeat this: By the power of compassion, you perform the benefit of beings, I take refuge in the Lamas, From self-arising wisdom, the body, I take refuge in the Yidam deities, Controlling good and bad, clearing obstacles, I take refuge in the assembly of Dakinis, I confess the sins and obscurations accumulated from the past, I aspire to attain Buddhahood for the benefit of beings, Generating the aspiring Bodhicitta, For the sake of maturing all sentient beings, I practice the great secret mantra conduct, The ultimate, non-elaborate Bodhicitta, I meditate on the self-born, boundless, empty clarity. Say three times. These are the preliminaries for the empowerment.
