咕噜上师无别同， 虚空遍布难思五饰轮， 周遍利生祈请您。 尤其慈悯藏地众， 二十五化为主恒时中， 化身复化无间断， 随顺所化而调伏。 为具缘者赐予取舍之教言， 遣除障碍并赐予成就之， 助伴等行恒常守护藏地之， 至尊慈母祈请您。 甚深密意周遍等虚空， 大悲胜于日轮极明耀， 加持如云成就降甘霖， 祈请速疾大佛母。 以信敬心作祈请之威力， 无垢智慧眼已善垂视， 悲悯之铁钩迅速摄持后， 祈请引至空行清净刹。 生生世世恒常以悲摄， 时时处处祈请作加持， 今生来世祈请作上师， 祈赐共与不共诸成就。 如普贤莲生父母尊， 愿我亦能如是速成就， 解脱与诸佛陀无差别， 祈愿虚空众生安置佛地。 如是乃是上师莲花光明密咒洲（贝玛奥色多昂林巴）尊前，因其降下重要之教言，以及瑜伽自在女多续空行母以供养等劝请之故，对上师莲师父母一心诚信之库萨里莲花舞自在慧无边（贝玛嘎旺罗珠塔耶），于吉祥天女山（希日德瓦郭达）之修行处普贤大乐光明洲（根桑德钦奥色林）水蛇(1953)年新年初一神变月之初十，将大伏藏师三丹林巴所取藏之中品传记意义汇集而书写祈祷，愿善妙增盛！ 萨尔瓦达芒嘎拉姆！ 空行之主益西措嘉之传记简略。慧无边。

Becoming inseparable from the Guru Lord, With the unbearable adornment of five wheels pervading the sky, I supplicate you who pervade and accomplish the welfare of beings. Especially with love and compassion for the beings of Tibet, Always with the twenty-five emanations as the main ones, Without ceasing, emanation and further emanation, Showing whatever tames whatever. Bestowing teachings of acceptance and rejection to those with karma, Removing obstacles and granting accomplishments, Acting as companions and always protecting the land of Tibet, I supplicate the great and kind mother. Your profound intention pervades like the sky, Your compassion is clearer than the orb of the sun, From the clouds of blessings and the rain of accomplishments, I pray to the swift great mother. Through the power of praying with faith and reverence, May you see with your immaculate wisdom eye, And quickly seize me with the hook of compassion, And lead me to the pure realm of the sky-goers. In all births and lifetimes, hold me with compassion, At all times and in all ways, bless me, In this life and forever, be my lama, Grant all supreme and common accomplishments. Just like Samantabhadra and Padmasambhava, father and mother, May I also quickly attain such a state, With liberation inseparable from all the Buddhas, May I establish all beings equal to the sky in the state of Buddhahood.
