I praise the chief of the queen of adornments. From the sky of the complete mistress of phenomena and existence, from the miraculous power of the pure sky, the forms of emanations, past and future, I praise the one who possesses various magical powers. At the heart, around the unchangeable life syllable, circles the life-essence wheel of hundreds of thousands of dakinis. May the light of your own heart urge you to swiftly accomplish all the tasks entrusted to you. OM TRAK RAKSHA RULU RULU HUM BH YO HUM PHAT. Recite the approach, accomplishment, and combined mantra as much as possible. Transform the activity, the sham-bu, as you wish. Always make offerings and keep the vows. By doing so, there is no doubt that you will be like a servant. SAMAYA! In order to fulfill the heart commitment of the mothers, arrange suitable substances, offerings, and tormas in a good way. Bless them with mantra, mudra, and samadhi. HUM BH YO! Unborn, primordial Samantabhadri, mother of the expanse, chief of the dakinis who play in great bliss, together with the glorious assembly of emanated dakinis, be pleased, fulfill, and accomplish the activities. May samsara and nirvana be gathered into the bindu of the expanse. Unborn, without cessation, this too is a great vow of joy. Fulfill the heart commitment in a state of non-duality. From the miraculous power of the sky-space of bliss, the treasure of all desires that satisfies all, with the distinctions of offerings to phenomena and existence, fulfill the heart commitment of the ocean of dakinis. With the five external offerings of desirable objects, the wealth of the four continents, Mount Meru, gods, and humans, with the clouds of Samantabhadra's offerings, fulfill the heart commitment of the ocean of dakinis. With the five internal offerings of desirable qualities, the essence, sights, and collections of enjoyments, with the miraculous clouds of joyful offerings, fulfill the heart commitment of the ocean of dakinis. Especially with the great desirable objects of fierce power, the heap of flesh, blood, and bones, and the various substances of suitable vows, fulfill the heart commitment of the ocean of dakinis. With the secret medicine offering, rakta, and the supreme yoga of union and liberation, together with the life-wheel and the soul-stone, fulfill the heart commitment of the ocean of dakinis. Furthermore, in the secret, great-blissful, equal expanse, there is no characteristic of what is to be fulfilled and what fulfills. Since self-awareness is primordially pure, fulfill the heart commitment of the ocean of dakinis. In short, be pleased.

Please accept this confession with repentance, And may all activities be accomplished, Grant the attainments of body, speech, and mind. Do not be distracted, assembly of Dakinis, Fulfill vows, avert obstacles, accomplish wishes, Protect and propagate the teachings, Increase happiness and well-being throughout the world, Pacify all adverse circumstances, Increase all favorable conditions and virtuous gatherings, Always protect at all times and places, May this entrusted task be accomplished. Thus, constantly strive to confess and fulfill, Pacify the anger of the mothers, May the desired activities be accomplished. Samaya.
