我乃形之事物聚，所有自生坛城尊，身圣金刚之手印，名谓声之言说聚，所有不坏那达之音，语圣金刚之手印，动念意之分别聚，所有光明智慧界，意圣金刚之手印，事业业之轮之聚，所有智慧广大舞，事业金刚之手 印大。以此四种无上誓言，汝等意誓令满足，我之借誓复原后，祈赐二种成就。吽 舍 (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) 五具自生明点之形，音明法性自声大，离戏大乐之香，自然广大三摩地之食，自明五光之衣，法界本来清净之性，所供与能供无二故，汝等意誓令满足，我之借誓复原后，祈赐二种成就。吽 舍 (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) 不死光明金刚界，身语功德事业意，无余皆聚极清净，一切自智菩提心，周遍围绕之坛城尊，一切自性皆生处，智慧明点自显现，无作而诸义皆成，无二性中一切圆，加持神变稀有法，如虚空之宝藏持，从无生灭之大界中，以作之各种舞姿态，满足有情之意乐，赞叹三根本汇聚之尊。吽 舍 (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) 诸法本来即一中，轮涅相各自分别执，根本支分差别之 誓言等，虽从本超越守护界限，然因无明力而积损减，设与自性非善业，以实执力而矫揉调伏，以迷解二取执着故，未得本初之定见，于本来清净无生界中忏悔，于自解脱大中复原后，于本护胜处舒心怀，四事业与八成就，明觉四品之果位等，世间与超世间之，所有成就速赐予，能取所取迷

I am the collection of tangible objects of form. All spontaneously arising mandala deities. The supreme body is the great mudra of the vajra. The collection of expressions of sound and fame. All indestructible Nada sounds. The supreme speech is the great mudra of the vajra. The collection of thoughts and mental conceptions. All clear light wisdom realms. The supreme mind is the great mudra of the vajra. The collection of activity and karma wheels. All vast dances of wisdom. The activity is the great mudra of the vajra. With these four supreme vows, May you fulfill your vows and commitments. May my borrowed vows be restored. Please grant the two kinds of accomplishments. Hūṃ hrīḥ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) The form of the five-fold self-arisen bindu. The clear sound is the great self-sound of reality. The fragrance of great bliss free from elaboration. The food of spontaneously abundant samadhi. The garment of self-luminous five-colored light. The nature of primordial purity in the dharmadhatu. Since there is no duality of what is to be filled and what fills, May you fulfill your vows and commitments. May my borrowed vows be restored. Please grant the two kinds of accomplishments. Without action, all purposes are accomplished. Everything is complete in the non-dual nature. Blessings, miracles, and wondrous dharmas. Holding the treasure of the sky-like. From the great realm without birth or death. With various dance postures of activity. Fulfilling the minds of beings. Praise to the deity who is the union of the three roots. Samsara and nirvana are grasped as separate characteristics. The root branches are different. Vows, etc. Although from the beginning, they transcend the boundaries of protection. Because of grasping at the duality of delusion and liberation. The original certainty has not been grasped. I confess in the realm of primordial purity and non-birth. Having restored to the great self-liberation. May you comfort yourself in the supreme place of original protection. The four activities and eight accomplishments. Freed from the confines of the womb, the light of wisdom shines forth spontaneously. May I accomplish the immutable, great bliss Vajra body in this very life. In the pure realm of radiant jewels, the self-aware Lotus-born Vajrasattva, through the power of vast and perfect activity, may the great arrangement be spontaneously accomplished. This was also by the command of the all-knowing, venerable lord of the secret-holding lineage. Since the permission is meaningful, although it is unrelated to the words of ordinary people, relying on the interdependence of what can arise, Padma Garwang Dusum (Padmasambhava, Dharma King, Mipham Rinpoche) wrote this at the neck of Tsadra Rinchen Drak, in Kunzang Dechen Ling (Samantabhadra Great Bliss Land).
