Since the main focus is on prayers, the seventh chapter should be recited according to the key points: the lineage prayer and the prayer to the three kayas of the lama, as the beginning of practice and whenever one remembers. What was said to the father king was the "Wonderful Buddha Dharma Evening Practice." What was said to Jomo Tsoyal was the "Sunset Practice." What was said to Namnying Geshe was the "Effortless Great Bliss Early Practice." What was said to Nanam Dorje Dudjom was the "Long Sindhu Sea Evening Practice." What was said to Lhasey Mutri Tsenpo was the "Short Sindhu Sea Midnight." What was said to Bu Gungtang Gyalpo was the "Spontaneous Fulfillment Mother Noon," as well as praying when one is in doubt and suffering. The scripture says: In the manner of prayer, diligently recite (Tibetan: ཛཔ྄, Sanskrit Devanagari: जप, Sanskrit Romanization: japa, Chinese literal meaning: recitation)! With diligent faith, pray intensely! Repeatedly think of Padmasambhava! At the end of the practice, visualize yourself dissolving upwards into Orgyen (Padmasambhava) with devout faith, and the lama and consort dissolving downwards into yourself with joy. In this state, visualize the three roots as inseparable from your own mind, becoming one, like water merging into water, like the mingling of rainbows and light, inseparable and becoming one. Then recite (Tibetan: ཛཔ྄, Sanskrit Devanagari: जप, Sanskrit Romanization: japa, Chinese literal meaning: recitation), stop the movement of the lips and tongue, and recite in a state of undistracted primordial purity, striving to be single-minded. The sign of this, as the scripture says: You will surely see the face and be blessed! The signs and extent mentioned should also be judged by the quality of the writing. Thus, the key points of the practice are clearly recorded. In the Kongpo region, when the Dharma lineage was offered to Gyalchok Jigten Wangchuk, many fortunate monks and disciples received empowerment and transmission, and many immediately began retreat and practice. In particular, Padma Rigdzin vowed to devote himself to practice for one year, which became the cause. For the benefit of oneself and others, the order of the practice was carefully arranged according to the treasure scriptures, so this was named "All Liberation." This was written by Kunsang Dechen Gyalpo on the tenth day. Mangalam! Shubham! Having read the practice text of the Guru Three Roots, all are liberated. Kunsang Dechen Gyalpo.
